    Great video!
    My OCD was screaming though because of those branch stumps you left behind - lol.
    I wouldn't say you "butchered it" as you said, but I would have HAD to cut them flush (or close) and sealed them off.
    That lawn is gonna look amazing once it all comes in.
    Too cold here for Bermuda. More or a Tall Fescue area around me.
    I cracked up about you asking permission to trim it.
    I had to rewind the first time because I thought I heard you wrong.
    Again, great video. Thank you for sharing.
    Be Blessed!

    Cute. What if you have multiple oak trees where you can trim to let the sun at an angle

    Ok. Forget the rest of these comments. I want the real stats. 1-10 how sore were you two days after this? 1-4 how many Advil did you take for the sore shoulders? 1-18 how many cold ones did you toss back that evening?

    • @YardEnvy
      @YardEnvy  2 года назад +2

      🤣🤣 I wasn't sore except for my sciatic nerve on the right side from trying to move that big limb on my own lol. I stay pretty active though so that probably helped out lol no cold ones either believe it or not haha

    Six hours north of Seattle in Canada.
    Some winters it rains for forty days and forty nights so no sun.
    It may not rain for three months in summer.
    Fine fescues are the only grasses tough enough for our conditions.

    • @YardEnvy
      @YardEnvy  2 года назад +1

      Yeah that stuff must be tough for those conditions

    Please trim your trees with more care. The wounds weren’t sealed off, one the branches split while being cut and that wasn’t corrected, the remainder of the branches were left too long etc.

    Good job cutting this tree, I live in New Orleans and it is challenging to grow warm-season grass in shaded areas, if not impossible!

    "How to grow grass in the shade" Trim the tree so there's no shade? UGH! 11 minutes to find out you don't actually grow grass in the shade.
