    Thank you so much for all these valuable videos.
    The pre-infusion pause (blooming) is a great feature. But shouldn't the pressure be held during the pause? By activating the solenoid valve, the water could "suck" the puck out of the basket, right? Or does it just not add additional pressure and will basically hold the water above the puck?
    I measured 6ml/s flow on my Elizabeth. As coffee holds approx. twice the mass in water, I set the pre-infusion to 6s for an 18g dose. For testing, I knocked the puck out after 6s and the coffee wasn't fully saturated. 8s was perfect with 18g.

      thank you for sharing your experience! I also increased the pause duration to 6 seconds (which had been set to 3 seconds) for the 18 gr dose and made a significant improvement to the flavor profile of my shot. The short pause duration is probably set for a single shot basket that comes with the machine...

    Buonasera, come mai la pressione con la preinfusione lunga dell'ultimo shot sale molto lentamente dopo la preinfusione? Dopo il timer per off...
