Update: As of 6/28/24 The source code being changed has caused an issue where the equip button does not appear during a successful installation. If you experience this, myself and other users have reported that the equip button (for unknown reasons) will reappear after 1-3 days worth of time. So just play as normal and equip the skin when it shows up again. A workaround I have found for anyone about to upgrade MC version is to save your favorite skins as a character. You will be able to bypass the equip issue and use your favorite custom skin again.
@@gecko9264 I’ve got it working but it’s a chance it happens, somehow resolves itself. But I think it’s caused by antivirus. You have to temporarily disable it during the installation process. Same thing with better rtx. It installs but won’t work unless you install with antivirus disabled
For anyone struggling, yes there are a lot of steps. There is no way of shortcutting this at the moment. There are people reporting that its working and thats awesome to hear! Dont give up, take a break, and if it helps write the steps down. You can do this :)

I HAVE FOUND A FIX! AFTER YOU’VE COMPLETED ALL THE STEPS IN THE VIDEO GO TO LOCATION 2 AND CHANGE THE CAPITAL PERSONA’S FILE NAME AND IMPORT THE LOADING BYPASS AND IT SHOULD WORK

Just a quick disclaimer, these skins sadly DO NOT WORK ON HIVE because of its special skins feature (if you have a skin that doesnt have enough pixels, for example, no arms, then it will turn into some kind of template skin Hive has) and the skins will turn invisible.

Ty, works fine for me. It is pretty sensitive though, i misclicked and clicked on the player icon in the skin menu (the one that looks like steve tposing) and it crashed my game. Also when scrolling to the bottom of the list it hangs for a couple of seconds but then is fine. Thanks for the tutorial though, was fun to mess with my brother lol.
Do you have this same installation tutorial for minecraft bedrock? I only think it has mine already installed and I don't want that... I want to install the packs on mine from the playstore
@@mmdmixoficial this is Minecraft bedrock. But this isn’t a tutorial for consoles. As installing it on a console is not what I cover. Consoles can see these skins, but I don’t cover how to install it on a console and can’t tell you if it will even work or not.

I mean if you're asking to lets say equip a blaze skin and an enderman skin at the same time....no. But theres like a thousand skins to choose from and can just instantly switch on the pause menu if that helps.

Didn't work for me, I retried on a fresh install of the game, still didn't work, skins don't load, game crashes when I try to do anything. Specs: rtx 3080 ryzen 9 5900x 32gb 3600mhz ddr4 ram SN850X 4TB SSD
What happened as the issue? Your specs will have no issue loading all skins which is good. Tell me the issue you encountered and I can help troubleshoot.
I just redo the process. As one directory was most likely overwritten by the updated "persona" folder. So take that info as you want, but to prevent issues all i can recommend is redoing the process.

you need to go into a specific folder not just a Minecraft folder. Im using the same minecraft through the windows store so dont worry. But thats Ive never heard of that before, so I do not know what to tell you.
If you havent figured this out already, when if unlock and delete fails, there should be a small box that should say something about forcing. You need to click that box and try unlocking and deleting again and it should successfully unlock and delete.
ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP. ill help. in location 2, change the lower case "persona" to "Persona" (both personas should be lowercase) and booom! also make sure only allow trusted skins is off! oh and for the step where he deletes all the skins from persona, than copies, re add the skins to location 2 persona, then add to iobit locker etc.

@@LaSticko i found the persona folder in C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\skin_packs but the geometry was broken then i found a cheat called horion that has a feature that fixes those skins' geometrys
three questions since im seeing this pop up a lot. 1. What windows version are you on? 2. Are you on bedrock not java edition? 3. Are you the admin of your computer? I want to see if I can help users like you locate this that may have a hard time. I will say it can be a bit tricky to see with so many folders, so just slowly go through all Ms until you come across it.

Two things. 1. It needs to be deleted in both locations like the in the video. 2. You need to launch the game then open the loading bypass.mcpack If you are encountering a losing screen that doesn’t stop, try opening the loading bypass first. Or just keep moving along with the tutorial.

did you install the loading bypass in step 2? If so, Ive noticed lower end hardware struggles to load all skins. I recommend only installing lets say 20 skin pngs, and see if it works. That might help you out

You could test it by deleting everything but the first file so its easier to remember and see if it ends up loading. Some people with less ram or a lower gpu have been able to fix it by reducing the amount of skins being loaded. If you get it working that awesome, if not come back another time in the future and maybe Ill have a tool to make the process easier.

Most problems are due to skipping a step, or maybe not being the admin of their computer. Theres just a lot of issues that I cant really help with knowing this process is long. If i were in there shoes I would be frustrated. I just dont know how to replicate their issue since Im still able to successfully do this as of yesterday. Im actively trying to think of a way that involves less steps to lower issue volume. At the time it just is not within my skillset. Maybe a tool will come out to make this easier to execute as this is not something normal you can do within minecraft. Im just happy there are still people successfully installing these. So my heart goes out to those struggling just dont give up, and try again when you feel up to it. Best of luck
in my experience the only time i ever had invisible skins, is if it was only installed in one location instead of both. It has to be properly installed for both locations for it to work.

@@2sapienplayers yes. At the end of the video it should discuss that. It’s a setting in global. But don’t expect it to be allowed on servers outside of realms, or servers that haven’t prevented 3rd party skins
@@2sapienplayers if that’s a huge server than yes don’t expect it to be allowed. Servers can ban recipes, blocks, add anything for control with plugins. If they allow 3rd party skins you could edit and rejoin. But I only suggest using this for private realms with friends as they could get you banned if they deem it as a ban able offense. I don’t know their rules. So just use it for private realms/servers or solo play.
lol how come? Were you not able to take the form of a mob? If it took the form of a steve shape, that means it is not properly installed in both locations. Getting them to show up is a good sign :)
So this is for the bedrock edition of Minecraft, obtained through the windows store. Not the Java edition where you can mod it. If you had Java I’m sure you can still obtain the bedrock version for free. As for the location take a slow, thorough look. Let me know if you are using iobitunlocker, and if you have “show hidden folders” enabled. When going to that location.

a fix ive seen for this is to just remove skins that you wont want or need in both directories (so they match) so that theres not so many being loaded. For example do a test with just the first 5 skin files, and it will be an easier way to test and load.
@Erthrock ah ok, i managed to make it work after reinstalling the game and only replacing the persona file, however when i used my own 3d obj model skins some of them would make me leave every server once i equipped them Additionally they somehow werent sized correctly and had an false texturing

I've done it step by step, but when I open Minecraft my skins are stuck in a loading screen.

Im actively trying to think of a way that involves less steps to lower issue volume. At the time it just is not within my skillset. Maybe a tool will come out to make this easier to execute as this is not something normal you can do within minecraft. Im just happy there are still people successfully installing these. So my heart goes out to those struggling just dont give up, and try again when you feel up to it. Best of luck

All of the skins are invisible for some weird reason
in my experience the only time i ever had invisible skins, is if it was only installed in one location instead of both. It has to be properly installed for both locations for it to work.
@@Erthrock To install in both locations , I need to download it in the Skin_packs --> Persona ----> persona, and install it where else? The Skin_packs folder with Iobit unlocker?

I would recommend turning on "view hidden folders" in file explorer. Question are you the main admin of your PC or is it a shared computer?

@@2sapienplayers yes. At the end of the video it should discuss that. It’s a setting in global. But don’t expect it to be allowed on servers outside of realms, or servers that haven’t prevented 3rd party skins

@@2sapienplayers if that’s a huge server than yes don’t expect it to be allowed.
Servers can ban recipes, blocks, add anything for control with plugins. If they allow 3rd party skins you could edit and rejoin. But I only suggest using this for private realms with friends as they could get you banned if they deem it as a ban able offense. I don’t know their rules. So just use it for private realms/servers or solo play.

lol how come? Were you not able to take the form of a mob? If it took the form of a steve shape, that means it is not properly installed in both locations. Getting them to show up is a good sign :)

@@hopebrown5141 mod loader will not show up as a behavior pack. you just need the notification to let you know its installed.

So this is for the bedrock edition of Minecraft, obtained through the windows store. Not the Java edition where you can mod it.
If you had Java I’m sure you can still obtain the bedrock version for free.
As for the location take a slow, thorough look. Let me know if you are using iobitunlocker, and if you have “show hidden folders” enabled. When going to that location.

my mc skins keeps loading even though the bypass is installed
a fix ive seen for this is to just remove skins that you wont want or need in both directories (so they match) so that theres not so many being loaded. For example do a test with just the first 5 skin files, and it will be an easier way to test and load.
@Erthrock ah ok, i managed to make it work after reinstalling the game and only replacing the persona file, however when i used my own 3d obj model skins some of them would make me leave every server once i equipped them
Additionally they somehow werent sized correctly and had an false texturing
@@ID-9999 its reccomended to only use them on realms with friends. or something that is not a full on server, as they block this.
