Bernie an Susan that picture u both taken and posted looks real good and Susan your hair still look good and glad to see both of you again and Bernie you still the best Rv teacher out there people can learn a whole lot from you and Susan in Rv and Traveling.
Bernie and Susan, we so agree with you guys...........We too dreamed of the travels to see everything we could in this beautiful country and we got grandbabies........LOL, things changed a bit, we are clasified as Sometimers now, but when we do hit the road as full timers we will be staying longer times in areas and might even be doing some work camping. If you guys ever want to come east and you can live without hookups you are welcome to stay on our land......we don't have any hookups, but beautiful area and lots to see.
Grandbabies are an adventure of their own. 🙂 Enjoy. Thanks for the invite and we'll keep it in mind. We appreciate you watching this one and for commenting. We posted a video after this one too...and more coming.
That’s a good solid plan and it works well for you ! Buying a house and keeping it up then next a section property in AZ , now I have two to deal with , I didn’t realize how much the expenses would increase over a period of 34 years , I didn’t look into my Crystal ball deep enough ! I Reached a point of not being able to afford to do that ! What you are doing makes a lot more sense , which is a style of life that’s more comfortable!!
Great update video you two. What's the 40% increase in home prices, it may be that renting or the RV lifestyle will have much less overhead. You will own nothing and be happy, klaus also, stark contrast between the video I just watched of you 6 years ago, compared to this video just now. You're a lower body fat, and you can hear the higher testosterone in your speech. Way to get at it man! I'm doing the same thing after health issue, we got to get our health under control because I still want to live an RV travel life. You're an inspiration!
WOTG thx for an informative and entertaining video with excellent content and production describing your travels and life style. I've been long time sub and have been entertsined and learned from your video documentation of your travels. I have to comment that you both seem to be enjoying your lives and look healthy and happy. I'D stick with it as long as your able and willing to. Best wishes for Health and Happiness in the years to come.
Bill, thank you so much for your very kind comments. We're so happy you've stayed connected with us over the years. We're wanting to step up our productions (ie more frequently and better content). We appreciate you. All the best to you and yours.
Do you ever miss a sense of community that a sticks and bricks provides…also, my wife wants to ask if you miss having your own washer and dryer😊. We really enjoy your thoughtful and insightful videos!
Our community has changed... It's more fluid and dynamic. We are always meeting people, spending time traveling together for short durations, and we're often meeting up with family and friends. It's been working out, but we do miss our friends and family when we have to separate. We're always in touch and swapping messages, pics, and video clips. It would be nice to have our own washer and dryer but most of the time there are good laundry facilities available in parks and resorts in which we stay. Thanks for watching this one and for the great questions. 🙂
Re: washer and dryer, we’ve been traveling full time since 2018. We’ve used laundromats (and still do) during our travels, we try to research the various areas along the way and look for the higher rated laundromats as we go. During the pandemic, we invested in a washer/dryer combo. There are pros and cons with it but the peace of mind it offered especially at the time was priceless. There are always options with this lifestyle and that’s the beauty of it. We’ve been following Wild on the Go since before we went full time and they are one of the channels we subscribed to before making our decision to choose this lifestyle. Thanks, Bernie and Susan for sharing your journeys. We enjoy your videos and content.
This lifestyle really works good for you and it's a happy life. The biggest hurdle for me would be sense of purpose, what will I do all day? I have been around the country some and have good memories. It's great to camp and do some hiking but my awake hours are 17 hours. It would get monotonous and boring to me to get up in a beautiful place and all I had to do was look at the beauty and hike and driving around sightseeing to different things daily does not work for me but like you many others would enjoy. I have to be gardening, cutting and splitting firewood, riding the bike every morning, fixing things, yes I get a whole bunch of fixing stuff. Also painting and creating garden art for myself ect. I never have to think about what to do tomorrow. I'm excited to get up in the morning and get after it. Just in my DNA and I'm probably unusual that way. I think many times how great it would be to travel in an RV. It would be good but longterm wouldn't work for this person. The saying different strokes for different folks is so true. Thank You! Safe travels!
Great points. We don't want everyone doing the same one particular thing, do we? Definitely different strokes. We stay busy with our various work projects too. Thanks for watching this one and for your great input.

You both look good! This lifestyle works great for you both. It’s a blessing that we all have so many choices.😊 Safe travels.

I'm also going nomadic for similar reasons: financial, and trying to escape the worst weather patterns.
We completely understand. We wish you great adventures. 🙂

Apparently he doesn't understand how nice the community on the go can be.
