Oh wow this is awesome, and is so easy compared to other jailbreak methods. Thanks for the guide ! I'm going to do this to my vita soon.
Excellent guide on the new jailbreak. Thank you!
My vitadeploy disappeared?
This process is so easy, I was able to casually do it throughout a Saturday (with stops and starts). Been enjoying a trip down memory lane with Retroarch.
What games can you download though the vita itself without using a computer? Ps1, psp?
@kevintemido honestly no idea, I haven't tried any. My PSP roms are image rips from my UMDs.
wow this is so cool. i should've done that way earlier. so many features to explore. great tutorial!
I have a jailbreaked PS Vita now-does someone know where to get the Simpson game from? Got PKGj but it’s not on it unfortunately.
Hey thanks for the video and education… being trying to do the jailbreak for my son but my buttons don’t seem to work after it get to the hello-bootstrap v1.0.4 by skgleba . Nothing seems to work when it gets there except the PlayStation button. I can’t even exit it the keypads go off anytime I reach that page. Please help
Thank you Russ, you the real MVP this guide was so straight forward and easy
This video was brilliantly simple. I got a modded vita, but totally messed it up and couldn’t figure out how to fix it, so I went the route of starting over from scratch. This was a big help.
How did you start over from scratch I too have bought a modded vita but now I can’t figure out how to upgrade the SD on an already modded system
@@rockafellainc.970 not sure what you mean by upgrading the SD card. There's a specific card you should use for the vita. Don't think certain sizes above a certain amount would be compatible.
@@DvonAntonio upgrade the SD CARD in the SD2VITA adapter after it’s all set up on the previous SD
@@rockafellainc.970 ok. Well, if you swap out the memory card and it's all compatible, just follow the steps from the start and there shouldn't be any issues while mounting the new card. This video was pretty detailed. I had 0 issues with getting it all setup.
@@DvonAntonioI figured it out, format the new SD card and then make sure you copy and paste every single file in the OG card into the new one then you can just put the new card in and viola same system and files
This was a great tutorial, thanks for putting it out there.
7:05 oh no! After the set up SD2Vita part when I rebooted Vita Deploy is no longer listed in my apps. Please help! 😩
same thing with me someone please help us out !!!??
Fantastic guide!😊 Thanks for making this 👍
wow this is amazing. it has never been easier than this to mod the vita. absolutely love what people do for the vita
What about nodding ps vita games?can u do that?
@@tizz1__937 yeah its all free
@@sheldonmoss2787 it dont show no games on the modded app
You have to refresh
Dude this is so much better compared to what I had to do!
Mate , you're a geek- freak (in the most positive way)😁😁😁 amazing video thanks 👍
The Vita is probably my absolute favorite form factor for a handheld device of all time, and I'm always upset when new handhelds *aren't* just a new Vita (I'm looking at you, steamdeck). This is going to breathe new life into my old Vita, thank you!
Guys when I’m redirected to the HENlo menu I can’t navigate, buttons don’t work, any ideas?
@RetroGameCorps Why do we need to log into our PlayStation account before hacking? Wouldn't it be far too risky to use a production account that has money invested in it to log on to a hacked system?
im getting error could not corrupt the jsarray what should i do?
Just got my vita 2k in today and I'm really excited to jailbreak this thing but when I click the unlock button, I get a message that says "ERROR: Could not corrupt the JSArray." Any ideas?
I tried this on a psvita 2000 and when it comes to wipe the storage it fails to wipe, I have a 16GB ps card in it. The error message I'm getting is: Format failed (C1-2755-9)
Hi thanks for the vid, I have followed the instructions ans its showing i have it jail broken with the apps but get error trying to load anything?
