It's funny I just recently tried ice cream for the first time in years. I was actually disappointed with how it tasted. It was so sweet I found it gross and immediately got a headache. So much junk food I used to love doesn't taste good anymore and I'm happy for that.

I recently broke down and had what used to be my favorite - a Reece cup. Yuck! What's happened to them? Way too sweet. They were best in the 1960's, but they've gone downhill ever since. Tastes like HFCS and wax. I was relieved though.

I LOVE homemade icecream but my body punishes me severely for the milk protiens. Even using my family dairy cows that free range in Mexico. Fresh cream and monkfruit and egg yolks made into the best ice cream on earth causes joint and muscle pain from the casien. Within hours of consuming even the best raw cream I am in awful pain. I have tried to pull out of it but my body just pounds me till I end up on a run of prednisone. It's been 16 months since my close call with death. I've been carnivore 11 months. I like Baskin Robbins strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Actually I ordered strawberry. Dude gave me wrong one which turned out to be flavor I prefer! I can pretty much eat anything. Recently decided to take a vit d3 supplement again. You don't realize how many *benefits* it gives your body until you go without it for awhile. Now realize when I took 2000IUs daily for 3 months before hysterectomy in Feb 2021, it was probably main reason I healed extremely well with flat firm abs/pelvis intact right after surgery & incision was sealed with surgical glue instead of stitches/staples. Both regular & resident surgeons/doctors/nurses commented on it like it was unusual. I prefer powder tablet vit d3. Oil caps are rancid. I don't believe at all that the oil is fresh at any stage of production & selling.

You're amazing, Nurse LYMI. Some people are obviously great coaches. You do so many different types of videos (sharing your real self, kids stuff, animal stuff, fashion stuff, current/past struggles, love and relationships ...) that it's harder to land on the fact that you're an excellent coach. You have a gift of being able to set aside all your other interests and focus completely on helping your audience with something. You did that with organization videos that started out with you sharing something you were struggling with and turned into coaching in later videos. You could probably do that, i.e. coach, in any area that you might be struggling, if you wanted. You could probably pull off an experiment of withholding something you're struggling with and enstead, go right into coaching on it in order to help others. I believe you could hit two birds with one stone, talk yourself through your struggle and shed wisdom on it by coaching others in that area. You do this in situations like 'Mon Night Live' etc, where you might start with a current situation like "I'm tired and prego' and later, totally immerse yourself into coaching your audience. LYMI !!!

I needed to hear this! I’ve fallen off the wagon, currently dealing with an autoimmune flare. I just need to get back to it! Excited LMNT grapefruit is back, one of my favorite flavors.

I’ll be switching over to ketovore from carnivore when I get back from vacation. Going to Greece in a few weeks so I’ll be doing a reset with ketovore upon my return. I’ve been recording my progress and findings on digestion with carnivore on my channel so I’m planning to do weekly updates and vlog my trip to Greece sharing what I eat❤will definitely use these tips as I approach the start of ketovore thanks!

Neisha, have you ever tried Dr. Kiltz's ice cream? Just heavy cream, eggs, vanilla, and depending on you, a tablespoon of sweetener. It's great, and I like it, but I can't eat it often. Treat. Sometimes I have frozen blueberries with toasted coconut flakes as a sweet treat. I love to drink Topo Chico mineral water with lemon or lime. It's THE FIZZIEST mineral water out there, and it won't lose fizz over time.
