I haven’t had a panic attack since going carnivore either!!!! I’m so excited about this (because they are truly awful - I cannot operate or function at all when they happen, and thought I was having a heart attack the first time). Thx for doing this video and helping others!!

Thank you Dr. Berry and Neisha, from those of us suffering panic attacks.Hearing your story is inspiring. Over 40 yr period, I ended up in ER with two that I thought were heart attacks. During the "C" thing, I had them almost daily/weekly...that was the time I was trying to get back on Keto. I now know my triggers: sugars, grains, seed oils and food additives. BTW L-theanine can help in the short term.

We strayed from it for a while, but are back on track and feeling better than ever.

Hey Neisha. Cleanest peanut butter you can get is to make your own. Super easy. Roast a cup or two of peanuts 350° on a sheet pan for a few minutes till you can smell the roasted goodness. add a bit of real salt. Let cool. Add to your food processor and run till it’s the consistency you like. 😊! Enjoy.

Make sure you get the right kind of peanuts…I forget what they are called but they grow on bushes instead of on the ground. The peanuts that grow on the ground have mold and all kinds of pesticides on them.

Thanks for being real. I'm in my 50's and have had a 'food as comfort' issue my whole life. But I am very strong willed, so I have tried everything. I did Atkins and lost over 100 pounds in my 30's. Then gained it back. Did the HCG junk in my late 40's and lost again, gained it back. I did paleo, vegan, keto, and the everything you want to eat in between. I went totally plant based in 2019 and for a year a half I stuck to it like glue, my health getting worse by the day until I was basically disabled from inflammation and arthritis. I'd only lost about 25 pounds. So I decided to listen to Dr Berry and went total carnivore a year ago. I still struggle but I'm committed. Today was a bad day and I talked myself out of fast food 100 times today. I made a huge burger patty and ate some goat cheese with it, then watched this video. You remind me to give myself a break, and that it's a marathon, not a sprint. Tomorrow is another day.

Same here! My first year of carnivore I was still eating for emotional reasons, just animal products. I was actually really overeating. My weight stayed exactly the same (40 lbs overweight). Then I got it down to not eating emotionally, but drinking coffee, for every reason thinkable. So now I’m where I’m weaning off the caffeine. Next step is weaning off the habit and just being able to be without a crutch. This is a very long process for me., but I see no way back.

Thanks so much for sharing Neisha. I also have been off work for anxiety disorder for 8 months. I am a city bus driver. I'm considering changing jobs but want to return if i can. I've been on Keto for 3 years now...thanks to you and Dr. Berry and others and am off my neds for diabetes and am now pre diabetic, lost 68 lbs and am fit for the first time in my life despite always being active and "eating healthy". I am slowly improving my anxiety and am hoping i can return to work but i went from go go go to stuck at and near home. My world has gotten a lot smaller but happier ( more time with my wife and daughter. I just need to get back to normal...like take my daughter to the mall without a panic attack. I really apreciate this video. I'm toying with the idea of going carnivore and i love pork but i'm allergic to it. So eggs and beef and fish for me. Do you think total carnivore would conquer my A1C back to normal and make me less anxious? I am a heavy fatty meat keto.

Kinda same situation here. I am 20 years old and I am dealing with severe anxiety, and sometimes a panic attack. I used to travel a lot, but now, im always at or near home. Im always tired and anxious. But. 1,5 Month ago, I started Keto. It helped for some days a bit, but not enough. So today is my third day on carnivore. We are gonna make it🥩💯

This was an enjoyable video. I'd like seeing a video of what your "cheat" foods are.

Gotta get back on track. I have been off plan since Christmas...gained 20 pounds. Feel like crap. Acne is back, aches and pains are back. Now I know why I started eating this way. Hopefully the weight and pain will go away and my skin will clear up again. Learned my lesson.

The cleanest peanut butter around? Organic peanuts and a Vitamix blender. That’s it! If you don’t have a Vitamix, then the highest speed blender you can get (partial to Vitamix). Just put in peanuts and use the tamper to blend until smooth. Especially good when fresh and warm.

For years watching you, I couldn't think of the actress who looks like you. When I saw your Paleo photo with bangs, I remembered. Linda Cardellini. I think she's so adorable as you are!! What a wonderful testimonial for this way of eating!!!
