😂 I hope you realize that what she does is very much not reality. She has a huge crew helping her get a lot of those things done. Just because you don't see her throwing trash away doesn't mean her family, on that huge compound, don't make trash.
@@squizzyiceteahaters are really pathetic. Li Ziqi admits to having occasional help from her crew but it doesn't mean that she doesn't do as much work as she portrays. Did you even see her recent videos? I take it as you haven't since you only wanna hate on people who's successful and does something while you spend your time death scrolling socmed. She literally posted a lot of timelapses of her and a local helper doing most of the work. Li Ziqi is a genius, caring and hardworking person and she's open to admitting that what she sells is a "fantasy" and not actual "reality" and it works.
What do you think lacquer is? Lacquer is a type of plastic material made from plants instead of from petroleum. Both can be decomposed by bacteria over time. The making of lacquer is very hazardous, as she showed in the video.
Her videos are a piece of art to watch after a long day .. I love the aesthetics on her video an in the same time i don't care if it's real or fake she is with a team or not.. because they help me relax and videos are very well done either way we get a beautiful video to watch 😊
It's all real. She does all the handicraft, the cooking, the farming, everything we see on the video. The team is for everything we don't see on the video: the editing, the sounds, the camera crew, the marketing, the social media management, etc.
Her team are essentially family to her like you see clip of her feeding the camera man and some of them have short cameo so it's a realistic rural life in China
This is why I love her and hers videos so much!!! Every clips that she made took so many months for us to watch only 15-20 minutes. She's so dedicated!!!
I love how much she does for her grandma. Like she experienced such allergic pain to something so beautiful for her and took her grandma to see the world like that's so special 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
I study Eastern asian art in uni and traditional lacquerware (japanese "urushi") is very dangerous because the lacquer is obtained from an extremely toxic plant The craftsmen who work this field need to grow a physical resistance to this plant or it could give cancer or other serious issues. Not everyone can do this job , ence why lacquer objects are very expensive +I dont know if Liziqi worked with this specific technique of lacquer, but that's probably one explanation for the allergic reaction ++whether lacquer was invented in China or Japan isn't certain, I talked about urushi because it is the one my professor talked about in class
Chinese lacquer tree,[1][2][3] is an Asian tree species of genus Toxicodendron native to China and the Indian subcontinent, and cultivated in regions of China, Japan and Korea. I would argue that the technique started in China as the tree doesn’t grow in Japan naturally. It’s cultivated in Japan as they see the value of the finished product in China
Lacquerware originated in China. More interesting facts: In fact, sumo also originated in China, and cherry blossoms are also native to China (Himalayan region)

I remember getting the notification of her first new video. The happiness that bubbled in me after knowing what she was going through, and succeeded- she's amazing!
I remember first discovering her channel through an embroidery video. It was incredible! I'm glad she's back, but I hope she doesn't endanger her health again for her art. It's beautiful enough as it is!
Oh great news. I love her videos. You can tell she knows about life in the countryside. Not sure she does everything herself, but who cares. Its an amazing production and a joy to watch. High praise.
Her videos were always so calming, when i saw she uploaded again I couldn't express how excited i was!! I hope she was alright after the allergic episode though. I imagine she was, but still- well wishes
I discovered her when I was in university and severely homesick (my family is sichuanese) so it was really comforting hearing my dialect through her videos
I hope someone makes equivalent videos about English speaking cultural trends. “Everyone is mad about this boxing match” or “this trend where people pretend to be giving advice from one perspective but then it’s revealed that the person filming it is actually someone who benefits from the advice”
im really fan of her been followed her 6yrs been and im sad when she experiencing struggles past 3yrs i think we all knew bout it but now finally im so happy of her comeback❤❤❤ sending love for liziqi from philippines❤

Omg I follow her! I was rewatching her old videos and I feel really bad I didn't realize she was on a much needed hiatus. I'm really happy that she got that time to herself and with her family though. Time to go watch her new videos!
