Great video very informative. I like the trigger control feature and fan spray tip. please keep the videos coming.
Such a cool video!!! Thanks for the help!
Great review
I have been considering an airbrush with a fan tip. This video just made the decision for me. Thank you for posting this.
Keith I'm glad you liked the video. I will say I have noticed the price on the gun has gone up a little since the recording of the video. As of yesterday, on Amazon it was $200 still not a bad price.
@@ryanbarkley6497 Thank you Ryan. I very much appreciate the info. I've checked out their website in the past but haven't purchased from them yet.
@@ryanbarkley6497 Well Ryan, spraygunner was a bust. It's out of stock.
@@TheAirbrushGarage When I checked the Amazon link in your video they were priced at a little over $215. Spraygunner has them for $140 but are out of stock. I believe Amazon is price gouging just a little bit but if you want it bad enough to pay that much more for it Amazon does have it in stock.
Ebay sellers in Japan have it for decent prices too but I've heard shipping out of Japan right now is a no go due to Covid-19. Not sure if this is true.
I don't paint but this looks cool! Very good info
Mac valve is for one of the portable air cans so you can adjust your air flow it's screws right on the top of the can Thanks for the video recently bought this gun absolutely love it
It's a nice gun, I own it too. I found that your oval spray pattern looks like number 8. To get it as oval just reduce air pressure a bit ;)
Enjoy!
Thank you. And thanks for watching.
Ive been airbrushing RC bodies for about 3 years now and have an Iwata Revolution, Iwata Neo CN, Neo BCN, and a Neo TRN2. Well not tooting my own horn here but I hear I do some pretty awesome work, but I'm still having trouble trying to do candy paint jobs, because the overlapping has to be pretty much spot on. So I was wondering with the amount of paint I've heard this brush can push along with it having the 2 tips I was wondering if this would be a good brush for spraying Candies. I use Spazstix and Pro-Line Candy paints btw. Any advice will greatly appreciated! ~Jonny
Jonny, I think you will like it. The only negative I have with ot is the way it feels in the Hand. I think it would be better with a grip.. Did you happen to see my video in the Paasche HG-08? I got this gun after the Creos. I do like them both but the Paasche is incredible for $40! It has a slightly bigger needle at 0.8. It puts a lot of paint down as a matter of fact I turn down the flow when I spray Candy's with it. Thanks for the comment and watching.
Thanks for the great video…just ordered mine! Your fault lol😂 Thanks for all your content
John, hope you enjoy it! Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching.
Got it! Tried it! Love it! Thanks again
I also have the same gun but you said the uneven spray pattern was corrected by increasing the psi to 30. I have tried from 10 to 50 and still the fan pattern is uneven. Even when you tried it back on screen the pattern is uneven. The fan cannot be used for anything more than primer or solid.
Shiva. I agree. Not the best fan spray I have seen. I can get it close but not perfect. I use the round tip if I use that brush and if I need a fan spray I use my newly acquired $40 Paasche HG-08, absolutely love this gun! I have a video review on it and I use it in the Createx sealer and lacing video's. If you get a chance check them out. Thank you for sharing your experience and thanks for watching. Much appreciated.
Can someone please tell me Where i can get that clear hose attachment thats on the bottom of it. Not the stock one it comes with. You never mentioned what size fitting you have on the bottom of your gun.
1/8 moisture trap.
Is it safe to spray urethane automotive clear coats for signs etc?
Clay, absolutely. It has the Teflon packing. Thanks for watching.
@@TheAirbrushGarage thanks Dan for your quick response. Great to hear they are able to spray auto clear. Lots of reviews said they used it for clear but wasn’t sure if it was water based since folks were referring to model painting and such. Love the channel 👊.
Does the iwata handle fit this? Thanks!
Lary, I have never tried it but from what others have told me, it does. Thanks for the question and thanks for watching.
@@TheAirbrushGarage Thank you!
I seen another video and this is the second where the fan splits in the middle. Shouldn't spray heavy on the top and bottom and light in the middle
Erik, I agree. I minimized it with air pressure. I gave that gun away to a friend but when I used it I sprayed with the round pattern nozzle. Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching.
What size air compressor do you use mine struggles
Hi Ironiser. I use a Fortress 2 gallon. I have had it for about 3 years now and love it. I have a review on it on the channel. Thanks for the question and thanks for watching.
Tried to get one in uk but mega expensive any other ideas
Adam Sandler?
