    Every time is a good time to invest!
    Investment is not a game of chance or
    luck like the lottery, rather it involves
    critical reasoning, planning, and diligence
    and focuses on achieving the major goal
    (PROFIT). Notwithstanding, one should put
    into consideration that various externalities
    may occur during the investment period
    which could result in a high yield in profit or
    loss.

      Investing in cryptocurrencies means
      facing great volatility. But that is exactly
      what makes trading cryptocurrencies
      interesting for certain trading
      instruments, such as CFDs (Contracts

    I have the same setup without any leg in the middle. You don't need it since the table top is a lot sturdier than the original desktop. If you got the 90 inch version, then you may need to consider the leg. It's been 6 months and no problems whatsoever with this config.

    This is a great setup/build. I'm going for the same setup myself. I originally wanted the Karlby countertop, but I save about 120 $ here in Norway buying the Saljan instead. I think it's a nice wood finish, but I wish the color was a bit darker like the walnut color. But hey, saving a few bucks is never wrong :) Great channel and great content. Keep it up!

    • @WilliamNevius

      Thanks Bredesen, When I was deciding this build those were my thoughts. Nice build and beautiful set man! I see from your intro video you've already changed it up again since, but this was a nice job. Moving the drawer units in a tad was probably a good call but you also have your monitor on the wall, so that alone is probably going to spare you from the worst of any bowing. My monitors will still be on the desk so I'll be having that extra leg. Nice to see the Saljan worktop in place - I was concerned that it wouldn't live up to the promise but it looks fine here! How has it been holding up for you? Those three tones of white that you get from the highlight and the LED strip, combined with the Himalayan lamp is awesome. I have my eye on an IKEA lamp and specific bulb to go in a similar spot for a similar effect on my setup, when it's all done.

      @WilliamNevius  4 месяца назад +1

      Thanks alot bro 🙏🏽 over 3 years later and the saljun is still holding up well no bowing or any issues. For it to still be in good condition not bad from the original investment. lol I’m a sucker for a good lamp I swear 😂😅😅

      @@WilliamNevius lamps do just finish things off nicely don't they.. It'll have to wait a bit before I can get to that final touch but it's all come together nicely. I spent most of last week gathering the parts and it's all assembled. Yep, the dismantling was sucky here too, but it gave me a good chance to do a deeper clean on my monitors and the whole project was I think more fun than pain.. it's turned out very nice! It's transformed the corner and made for a more interesting and usable experience. Cheers again for the shared insight man - very helpful!

    Honestly ask long as ur not putting a ton of weight in the center of desk (I’m talking like a 10 Gallon fish tank which is very heavy) then you’ll be perfectly fine without the center support
    If u really want to add a support tho what I would do is add a 2” x 1” or any wood across (horizontally) underneath the counter top... that way the weight is being distributed across that wood & it’s hidden from view. Hopefully that made sense

      Thanks Marcus! In this video here I reviewed the previous setup which was the linnmon 59 by 29 ruclips.net/video/MGYGVtV9q-U/видео.html I explained what I didn’t like about the linnmon tops. But in short. The desk in this setup video is 74 inches and a countertop. It weighs 60Lbs and wayyy more durable than the linnmon. The linnmon with my experience is cheap and scratch easy. So I went with the counter wood top to switch the vibes and to have a more durable desk. Hope this makes sense lol please let me know if you have any more questions tho Marcus 💯🤙🏽

      Honestly, I would be worried with 4 legs lol maybe 5 would be okay. This table top is about 60 pounds so you’ll need legs that can handle the load. If your 5 legs are rated at say 50 pounds each you should be okay but I wouldn’t put too much stuff on it like a PC and 2-3 monitors. Just make sure you get good legs rated at larger loads and you should be fine. You may even want to consider 6 legs 4 in the back in 2 on the sides so 2 middle legs lol

      Do you have the 74 inch version or the 96? for mines the 74 inch version has very limited unevenness. and U am taking very slight like a hair. I did notice that sliding the drawers in towards my legs about 2-4 inches on both sides did help a little bit. Based off of ikeas instructions however the max non supported spot should be 35 inchs.. Basically, you should be fine just get a leveler to monitor over time. I've seen some people us L brackets (you get from hardware stores) to help. I am thinking of wall mounting my monitor as well.. • @WilliamNevius
      @WilliamNevius  3 года назад

      Mines had not sagged. I did slide both alex drawers on about 2inchs on each side and I only have one monitor in the center so if you have 2-3 it might. Best thing to do is use a leveler so you can tell if it’s leaning in. For these countertops it’s recommended to not have more than 35 inches between no support. Hope this helps

    • @WilliamNevius
      @WilliamNevius  3 года назад

      Yes I took off the monitor mount and ran the LED strip across the desk then put the monitor camp back on. Be careful when you put the monitor clamp back on the desk because if it’s right up against the LED will stop working eventually. Move the clamp a inch or two off of the strip so it’s not pressing up against it.

    • @WilliamNevius
      @WilliamNevius  3 года назад

      You can try to run the led around it but if it’s hanging may not look right. Running it around the clap should work too. But you should just remove it and do it right! If you’re going to attach a strip in my opinion. Can be a pain but the results will be clean af.

    Question, I'm considering getting the Saljan myself and I was wondering whether the monitor mount has caused the desk to leave a mark or snap cause I've seen people talk about it for the lagkapten ikea desktop so I was wondering whether the Saljan is the same i'm planning on putting 2 monitors. ur setup looks really clean kinda something I want to do.

      Thanks a lot bro. and Nope the Saljan is made of MDF Laminate so almost wood like and thick vs the Lagkapten is made of particleboard, Honeycomb structure paper filling which will break easily lol

      @@Hfa1x yes. I’d recommend getting a center leg to be on the safe side

      What’s up Evan. The monitor I use is LG UL600 it’s a 4K monitor good for content creation. I actually made a video coving it here if you want to check it out ruclips.net/video/SPdyvv9zQqU/видео.html
