Bryan Perez the Chiefs drafted and traded for 4-3 guys last offseason. It was inevitable that they would change and most of the LBs (including Ford) came from a 4-3 system and feel more comfortable in that system. A 3-4 also required a solid NT which the Chiefs don’t have. However, with Jones at one DT position, Bailey or Nadi or Williams can hold up the other side. Should be a good change.
