@ 19:00 The whole thing with As trying to build a dam and it just gets destroyed had me literally laughing out loud. The time it took to finally get it right, see it dismantled, and As's reaction is pure comedy gold.
I would laugh but if i am in Asmon's position, i would build it again. Mconnel destroys what he cant understand and didn't bother to ask WHY?. Sign of a bad teammate right there but they play like this for a long time.

Dude lumberjacks did that in the 1900's before large timber trucks where a thing.
Mcconnel is such a buzz kill, has a problem with everything when the main goal should just be to do something cool and fun.
Build a log storage. Then you can tell Kelvin collect logs and place in the log storage. Same can be done for other storage racks. Things in storage and on shelves don't decay. Savages seem to only attack a building first. Like a door is top their list.
This was actually fun to see. Upload more of this game when you are playing Asmongold.
Mcconnell seems like one of the worst people to play a game like this with since he just does what ever the hell he wants ignoring cooperation

@@_Malvar Hmmm stealing wood to build a one person shelter or planning out a a cabin that can hold everyone. Asmon also though ahead and got Kelvin to gather food for everyone while no one else was thinking about it. Asmon was frustrating to watch because he doesn't know everything but Mcconnell can screw off purposefully being a jerk to Asmon and lying about people just for the content and to throw people off him because he was being a jerk to Asmon. He should have just played solo if he wants to drag everyone around him down into the mud.

I love watching Asmongold and friends play the forest just building things. Hopefully Asmon gets to see a little bit of the story and find a way to survive those caves.

Putting logs into the water and letting the water move the logs is called Log Driving and it wasn't until the 1960's that the practice was stopped.

dude, we're riding in a crashing helicopter, and yet esfand and mcconnell still find away to make a conversation more chaotic than that. I feel like if I was in a helicopter in life, i'd be watching them yell at each other rather than thinking of surviving a real crash. haha
Based on how much I played of the first game, that initial spot being on a cliffside and next to a water source seems like complete perfection regardless of how far it might be from landmarks.
I think start location is randomised.
@@llamaczech I think there's a few set locations you can crash at but it doesn't seem to be totally random. I've seen a couple people crash exactly here, asmons original forest crash, and I crashed on a beach
@@redactedaudioworks9407from what I’ve gathered, your spawn location seems to be determined by when you close the laptop in the chopper. That’s what initiates the crash sequence

I have never played the forest even though i have it, i jumped right into sons of the forest and from the first 10 seconds after waking up, i understood more than all three of these guys combined lol Watching this is incredibly painful... Can't wait to see what kinda stuff they get up to in the future, especially with the caves and stuff.

they need to add the Log Sled to this game asap. log de-spawning sucks, you have to place them in log holder asap. also they should give everyone a tarp at the start so everyone on a server can sleep no matter where they are.

Don't have the three health icons full you don't heal. Eating cooked food heals. Learning to build a fire is a must. Telling Kelvin to make a fire and set up a tent is beginner 101. Burning corpses to collect bone for armor.

I liked the snow base, steep/death cliff on your back, the cold should affect those naked natives more than you, and you can hear them walking around in the snow. River right by for fish, forest right by but it get cut back a lot for fire-wood/crafting/camp, easier resource start! win win win win *nods*. Could even build a long plank off the cliff to force the mutants to 1v1 you when things get harry!

Mcconnell might have the issue I experienced.
My headset USB cable would cause my GPU to crash causing a complete system freeze regardless if I was charging or not.
Once I fixed a off system USB charging solution the crash problem has not happened once.
I suspect it might have been static electrical charge triggering safety measures.

Set Esfand on gathering loot/food/tinder/bedding.
When working with others their is no "'My". There is "our" or "the" shack or cabin. "My" does not encourage teamwork.
