I watch a lot of cooking videos from southeast Asia. Eating soup when it's hot is common. You eat and drink hot and you sweat, the body responds by making you sweat and it cools your body.
Sometimes the body just craves some chicken soup! I’m the same way. Even with the temperature outside being hot & humid, I still gotta have me a bowl of comforting chicken soup every once in a while.

However, I take all 3 out of rotation when the weather turns and starts heating up. So for now it's "no soup for you".

It is much better to cook it slowly and without broth. K Only when you remove the meat from the water, add the vegetables.❤
Chicken soup is good anyday. I remember helping my Grandma make homemade noodles from scratch. Gives me comfort when I need it. Freeze it sometimes so its readily available. I heard that drinking hot coffee on a hot day makes your body feel cooler. Something about the body working to cool itself in reaction to something hot compared to attempting to heat itself up when something cold was introduced. Heard it from an old man on the work crew. He drank hot black coffee all day.
