Oh my gosh what a beautiful apartment Next year I will move to Washington DC from Iran for my PHD Studies in International Law I definitely will buy this apartment 🇮🇷❤️🇺🇸😻
The views off the balconies are gorgeous😍the bedroom windows overlook the entire city which I love❤️the kitchen is nice clean and modern but the rest of the home is meh😒however what really sells this unit is the views I mean the views are simply stunning🤩
"...ever wondered what $1.1 Million can get you in the heart of Washington, DC?" Not much - LOL! Used to live around the corner from here. Great neighborhood. Retired 8 years ago, and moved back home to Indiana. With all the crap going on in DC these days, glad I'm not there!
@@tsunamicoming9621 Mostly was referring to the riot at the capitol and the extra fencing, other protests, etc. Enjoy your new home! The city does have a lot to offer. I was just done and really ready to retire to somewhere cheaper and safer. Best from Indiana!
You think so?! The building features an expansive roof deck with pool, grills and seating, a party room, exercise room and 24-hour concierge! While it may not be luxurious to some, this unit definitely offers some amazing amenities and gives the residents the luxury feel in the heart of the nation's capital :)
Agree with you! You're paying for location, and a pretty good amount of space. But, yeah, nothing special about the finishes in the apartment. Once you own it, you can add some nicer details. But, for that price, I'd like it to be already done.
Its just a million dollar property. Why would you expect luxury below 1 million ? For living in DC you pay 800k , essentially 300k for the condo - so don't expect much. In Manhattan this would cost 2 million.
@@WardmanRE The amenities you mentioned are shared and for a $1 million condo that is unacceptable. Not saying its a bad property, just way too overpriced. With that money , its better to buy a home in Bethesda.

The views are simply amazing! We do agree that you simply can not get enough of the views from the main bedroom!! 😍
Nice home
Ugh . If DC would stop with all the construction and fix the roads, these places could be even more expensive
very nice beautiful great looking fantastic
So the 1.1 mil was the second condo, right? Please say "right". :)
I bet the condo fees are outrageous 😮🤑🤑
The front bedroom need to be staged better especially the bed.

Dave Chappelle is from the mighty DC
This does not look like luxury. Very basic

@@WardmanRE this condo is not worth 1.1 million. Anyone that buy this condo is getting ripped off.
