Grey is an overused neutral. Love the sky lights. It is really luxury if you use brass? The that price point I think the public deserves better floors. It’s amazing how grey everything is. The black and white doesn’t help. I want to love this house. It has potential. Please don’t let the builders decide the upgrades or decor anymore.

Subjectively, Radiator heating is for commercial spacing( office lease space, medical office lease space, industrial lots, suite pads) and furnce heating is for residential property( renting or buy house, renting or buying apartment) ( state, local, federal) all meaning apartment style washing machine and drying, stack washer and drying combo or separates.

Nice home but small. As to be expected in a DC row home. A lot of natural light.. A safety rail should be placed on top of the stairs.
