Very nice I have friends who live in Woodmore. I think North off RT 450 near Enterprise road. This home is a similar but smaller version of their home with a few modifications. The office is same as is he formal living rm The formal dining room is on the opposite side. Kitchen is similar layout except they also have a double wall oven where the opening to the dinning room is and the Frigidaire is where the French doors are as well as the door to the garage. The sunken family room is shifted to the right as they have a breakfast nook about where this home's deck is. This video needed for me a little more description of what the spaces were when we go to the lower level. Was this more rec room/ wet bar, Home gym, in law suite, bed room, media space, movie theatre Home office /rental with the private entrance? Again the Jack & Jill bathroom. There is something not practical about having the toilet and tub together I would like it to be more like the Primary ensuite. Here you actually need the toilet separate I also think a good designer could find away to give them both their own bathroom with tub /shower option.

800k+ I shouldn't see shower curtains ANYWHERE! The primary bedroom/en suite was underwhelming. I would have switched the tub and shower location & water closet are over-rated unnecessary 1 door too many in that small space. Speaking of doors, in the jack and jill bathroom curious why it opened to the hall? I also personally do not like the formal dining room in the front of the home. I'd need the builder make that another space. Likewise not sure why there is a full bathroom on that level or why the big space from the garage to the kitchen was not built out as a mud room with maybe a low basin to rinse boots or wash the dog. I actually like the house, but I think there were a few missed opportunities to make to look like money well spent (Think someone mention crown moldings too. Thank you for the tour really nice.

You have extremely rude road manners: Creeping up on pedestrians crossing in front of you, passing cars going in opposite direction too closely, not even observing pedestrian right- of- way at all, etc. And all when you even were recording your own driving

Radiator heating vs furnace heating. Subjectively, Radiator heating is for commercial spacing( office lease space, medical office lease space, industrial lots, suite pads) and furnce heating is for residential property( renting or buy house, renting or buying apartment) ( state, local, federal) all meaning apartment style washing machine and drying, stack washer and drying combo or separates.

Why is it RE Agents never show the garage spaces...that is literally the most important thing to me. My wife handles everything else 😆

Maybe you should spend less time showing us one area repetitively and open some of the doors e.g closets and Pantry areas so that we may know how big or small they are. I'm quite sure that Primary bedroom closet is actually a walk in closet rather than the basic closet it appeard to be, however, because you overlooked that we may never get to see how it really looks.

I'm surprised with the quality of the finishing work in these expensive homes. No Ethernet ports near the TV mount areas. This is 2024 people. Caulking on tile edge in bathrooms is poor, no finished edge. Floor vents? Is that common in that state? All low end chrome fixtures. Plain backsplash in the kitchen. Smoke detector wasn't even put on straight.

When I search nationwide for the highest number of top paying jobs (indeed) with access to renovated single family houses nearby at the lowest cost (redfin), no other places globally rank higher than this community and county. Literally , this house was only $170k per renovated bedroom bathroom suite and gives access to 1700 python jobs around DC area. (170,000 / 1,700 is 100). Couldn't find other places (globally) that have a better ratio than this county. By far the most underrated undervalued globally.❤

Grey is an overused neutral. Love the sky lights. It is really luxury if you use brass? The that price point I think the public deserves better floors. It’s amazing how grey everything is. The black and white doesn’t help. I want to love this house. It has potential. Please don’t let the builders decide the upgrades or decor anymore.
