India has passed the 'high technological demands & supplies' times so that's why it's so developed in terms of startup. Meanwhile, Indonesia just blooms recently around the end of 2010's, soon after the country will be at the same phase by 2-3 years ahead.

kalau gojek punya kantor dan disupport sdm org India, knp ga buka layanan di India ya?
Sy pun pernah bertanya seperti itu, tapi ternyata di India itu isunya lebih kompleks, permintaan yg kurang akan jasa ojol. Disebabkan byk faktor salah satunya norma sosial dimana org India tdk terbiasa _berboncengan_ dgn org tdk dikenal terlebih perempuan dan masih adanya _kasta_ (disebagian wilayah). Pasar menengah juga kurang (antara pemakai taksi dan bus) dimana itu adalah segmen ojol. Mgkn itu bbrp alasan di India bisnis ojol motor krg berkembang. Ga tau kalau divisi gofood, gobuy dll. Itu mgkn lebih bisa digarap.
@@aimbuzz We already have big companies and startups in India, be it ride sharing, food delivery, logistics, Literally everything. Hence prospects of Gojek's growth is very minimal, they won't be able to compete. But why the heck did you bring in caste here, like bruhh ?!!🙄

utk sdm IT india emg gudangnya.kl soal bisnis ke customer itu pastinya trgantung kondisi negara2nya.ga semua cocok utk bisnis spt gojek.knp misal vietnam bs berkembang pesat govietnya ya krn kondisinya mirip2 indonesia dlm hal jasa ojek.ada ojek di vietnam makanya bs jalan bisnis gojek disana.di eropa misalnya, blum tentu jg bs kan krn kaga ada ojek dsana hehe.

Jelas buatan anak bangsa lah cuma krn 'talent pool' disana lbh banyak jelas banyak hire orang India. Pasti ada hitung2annya knp buka tech office disana antara lain bisa hire orang sana dgn status lokal, kl disini mereka kan jadi expat semua, gajinya lbh mahal plus bisa jaring fresh graduate yg pinter2. Gk cuma disini, hampir diseluruh dunia mau Google, Facebook dll kl bicara IT, maka expat-nya mayoritas dari India.
gojek bkn murni buatan bangsa , start-up aja yg diawali di indo , aslinya semua finance dari owner singapore yg merging dg owner indo buat ndompleng aja sih.
Mengenai IT/web engineer/code engineer kita kalah telak , dunia dah mengakui kehebatan codes engineering india , bahkan google pun hampir 60% org2 mereka , sebab IT2 india mereka mampu ngatasin peretasan dari Hacker/cracker india juga yg notabene trkenal dg scam/fraud..
