So why is not every game woke garbage, even if SB was involved? Easy, SB tells a company what they should do ( aka. go woke), but the gamecompany does it more or less. No one says that the people that made Concord cant make a game to server a certain audience, that audience alluding to the LGBT community. The problem with this line of thinking is that it has a lot of negative implications that you and other people saying this definitely didn't consider when saying it. Do gay men, lesbian women, bisexuals, trans people, so on and so forth, not deserve cool, beautiful, handsome, cute, interesting looking characters? Why is it that when something is supposedly made for LGBT they get characters that look like they've were made with the randomize button in character creation? Concord wasnt woke for have non straight characters, its considered woke because the designs were purpose made to be, at best bland, at worse unappealing on multiple different levels. There's a lot of cope in places like twitter where you got certain fans claiming characters like Bayonetta is "obviously" a lesbian or bisexual despite that not being the case and she's not the only character who have fans like that. While they're dumb for trying to push their headcanon onto people its clear that even gay people want good looking characters too. Straight people get beautiful characters like Bayo, Eve, Lara Croft, Samus Aran, 2B, the old designs of the Mortal Kombat women, etc (you dont have to be straight to like these characters btw), but LGBT get... Concord. Wow, way to serve that target demographic eh?
It didn't start with me too in 2018, it started with Gamergate. We didn't want this fight, we were dragged into it. And those of us who have been fighting this trash that long know the difference between "woke" and "strong female lead". Your argument regarding SBI breaks down entirely when you realize that the games they influenced that didn't go woke represent their failures. Those games didn't go woke despite SBI. If you punish anyone who works with SBI, you make it and their ideology toxic to profit. It's the only way to win this fight.
Heard. However, I believe the responsibility lies more with the studio heads who hired these sick fucks versus SBI. The studio heads invited SBI into their studio, not the other way around. Blame the decision maker because I think they deserve far more blame for contracting with SBI than SBI themselves.
