She's usually nice and a person who you can feel safe being around but you know she also a witch and of greed. She's not exactly an ally or enemy but she tends more by % to be your friend.

I think tha authority of greed your telling is the authority of arcbishop of greed and not of that of authority of the witch. It's not all the time that they have the same abilities. As of now most of Echidna's authority is still unknown.the two known abilities is the ability of using all six elemental magic and goa a fire pillar-like attack.
Since you guys are already spoiled, let me tell you something about the Authority of Greed, Small king and Lion heart are not the same person's ability. Authority while being the same, can manifest the power differently for each person. You can have Authority of Glutonny where the Witch and all 3 Archbishop have unique different powers depending on their personalities and you also have Authority of Sloth where Betelguese and Satella and Subaru have the same kind of power. So about Authority of Greed, we dont know the power of Echidna, it wasn't stated. I think tha authority of greed your telling is the authority of arcbishop of greed and not of that of authority of the witch. It's not all the time that they have the same abilities. You can have Authority of Glutonny where the Witch and all 3 Archbishop have unique different powers depending on their personalities and you also have Authority of Sloth where Betelguese and Satella and Subaru have the same kind of power. So about Authority of Greed, we dont know the power of Echidna, it wasn't stated. The time stop and lions heart are the powers of the Archbishop of Greed Regulus and the small king is the power of Subaru after he obtains the authority by killing Regulus.
