Don't care what year I watch it's always entertaining. You are a great git r done when you are running solo or have help. Way to go Dirt Perfect, way to go 💪.
I like how you explain what's going on. Little tricks here and there are always welcome. It looks so pleasant as I'm watching from the comfort of an air conditioned home, but I know it can be hot, cold, wet and noisy. But then, that's what makes it fun. Stay safe and keep up the good work.
Made a road to a cabin thru stuff like this for a friend few years ago. Only a dozer to use made it more fun. He requested that the brush be used for fill in the ravine we had to cross. It was about 10’ deep in the shallow part. Tried my best to talk him out of that but he was the boss. Now it’s a settled mess ya can barely cross in a ATV or SXS. He told me now I see what ya were saying lol. Told him if ya gotta stop or slow water ya can use some brush to help but don’t work for a road at all. I agree on the 4 way vs 6 way.
I'm binge watching. I love the drone footage. The state reminds me a little bit of vermont and our lower lands. If you guys had five thousand foot mountains, it would look a lot like Vermont very beautiful state you have
Good job - FOR ME! Thank you as I had a couple appointments today I didn't feel like SO, I clicked on this. Mike, this one is like you took me by the hand and we both were looking over the obstacles and solution. Felt like I was walking with you (kicking snakes out of the way.) AND you do know your DOZER as you pushed trees end on end for a good distance. Cleaned up very nicely. Can't wait for more of this one & THANKS! Sonny
Was in Derby at the Market on July 12th . I just missed you the clerk said. What a nice person they have at the store. I purchased hat and had a nice chat with her. I knew it was a long shot at getting to meet you, but I hat to take a shot since I was in the area. I was on my way to Kentucky. I still want to meet you some day. Keep the videos coming
Enjoy watching you pick your way through the trees 🌳😊. I have to have something to break out of the blues. The last week had been a living hell. Thanks Mike for sharing.
Good video! Chris's volvo is sick also. That EPA fluid and filter kills equipment and pocket books! They should have to subsidize equipment repairs. Good job looking out for the harvestable timber.
Got the same problems here in Sweden also... Dyed diesel is one reason for killing dpf, but the goverment juice seems to be better over here. But please remember, def is uv-sensitive... keep it in a dark place.
Yep. The 120 is a beast for sure. I'm pretty amazed at how well it handles some of those bigger trees. Granted they weren't huge, but when you have a rootball in damp ground like that, that's a heck of a lot of weight to move around. I was surprised the swing motor was strong enough to swing that entire tree uphill. Good stuff my friend!
We are starting the big roads for Dominion end of this month .... i have 3 roads to build this year before winter ..... and they are talking 4 more next year ..... this very well could propel KD to the next notch in the dirt world ! Good looking job!
Man it's so entertaining watching you work. When you used the dozer as a tripod I thought to myself, shit we're not going to hear him talk. Then you started talking and I was like, oh he has a microphone lol. And it supplied good audio. Another great video Michael! I can't wait to see the next steps.
Ya know if a feller had one of them there new fangled tools called a chain saw, it might just make processing the downed trees a lot more easier on the machines? Just a thought. lol. I know, what fun would that be?
I remember clearing a road through the woods with dad when I was young 7 years old he did it all with a d-2 dozer it’s amazing how much work you can do with a dozer and track hoe
its crazy how much these machines can do and go threw and stay together. but they do need some fixin some times. not including darn def. fun vids. thanks mike.
Great video 👍 The messy part's of felled tree's is good for the health of the Forest as insects lizard's etc will shelter feed in and around rotting wood.
Mr DP good job on the road through the woods least you ain't having a problem that let's dig eight teens having with DEF fluid problems people say what they want to that old equipment's hard to beat ain't got all them electronics on it have a blessed day and be safe
Another rainy day and I can't mow grass so I might as well check out D. P. It had rained here in Alabama every day for the past two weeks . At least my tomato plants are loving it .
I own a piece of property in Missouri where I'm going to do that. The spot I've got picked out is 1/4 mile to the closest neighbor, the rest of the neighbors are over 3/4 of a mile away. The drive may end up being 3/4 if a mike long but I own all that property.
I wish you would stop hoggin all the rain, we need it out West. You make it look so easy running that excavator! Nice job! You are always my morning coffee show.
Will not work for what I do why own a machine that I can’t move and way to big for most of my jobs I am curious could you please explain and thanks for watching
Thanks for the new video DP! I just wish the music wasn't making me want to sleep when I'm trying to stay awake for a few more hours :D. I hope all is well over there.
I'm about 150 miles give or take east of you around Portsmouth. Ohio. The landscape is similar but every time I set down a blade or bucket, I always hit clay!
The first dozer i ever ran was a 450 j. And it was a pushing little rascal. It would pish amd spread a 16 yard load of dirt in two passes. Of course it was about 2 months old when we rented it and we had on the job for about a year and a half and it seemed to get more powerful as it broke in. We finally had to trade it in for a bigger one but it was a good little amazingly powerful little guy.we got a 1050 j amd it was bad to the bone. That big boy would move some dirt.
That was a great video! Neat to see what both those machines can do and it was different! Have you ever done a funniest moments video with the guys that work with you? Just the times you all are together I'm sure there are some. I know they come out with you do the live video's with them.
Dibs on running the mixer..Those are things I miss when we used to build roads through the woods from planning to asphalt on our own we made our own plans with pencils and paper and some one else would make the blue prints of our information and now all’s I do is run grader oh well it’s a good job
That lizard looked like a salamander. With those trees every which way, you have a game of pick-up sticks. Pick-up sticks would be a fun game at your next excavator rodeo.
Are you going to put a culvert in the ravine in case a storm creates a major run of down there. Something made that ravine. I'm thinking water. Just curious. Sorry I jumped the gun. You just said that you were going to put a clay pipe in. I should have known that you were on top of it.
It’s cool to watch in fast forward. Seeing that tracker grab full blown TREES like toothpicks and move them around is so crazy!
Something peaceful about running equipment. I just love it!
Don't care what year I watch it's always entertaining. You are a great git r done when you are running solo or have help. Way to go Dirt Perfect, way to go 💪.

I like your videos, there not the same thing over and over and over. Thank you.
Thanks appreciate that
You have a skill with machines. Amazingly delicate touch with huge jaws!
Thanks
Don't know how huge Chris's farm is but he definitely has some of the most beautiful scenery. Very fortunate. Great video.
Thanks 👍

It was pleasant to have an oriental flavor being french/american.
Monday morning coffee and entertainment with Mr DP , Thanks for the great videos

walking thru the thought process of cutting in a road was helpfull.. thank you

The opening and closing drone footage is incredible.
Thanks
I have to say that the music selection was great, found myself swaying back and forth like the breeze in the woods.
Thank You! for the great video!
Awesome, thank you!

Bummer sorry I missed you
I love to hear the throaty roar and the whine of the 850,. It reminds me of the time I plowed cable for a telephone company.
Good morning DP and crew, wow there's always something new to look to. Do have a great week. 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🙏🙏🙏

Komatsu 355 was one of the best old dozers for the job you're doing, two pushes and finished
Both Deeres tearing through the countryside...... nice 😎😁
Good sounding Japanese music to start with great fly-in across the field... very relaxing... for a moment I thought I was in the Japan highlands...
Thanks

Good morning DP. I hope you have a great day.

Ah, southern Indiana and it's long Asian history. Gotta love it.

I thought I was gonna play mahjong at first lol. Excellent job description you are by far the best at explaining what your doing thank u sir.

Working on similar projects at our farm. Thanks Mike, John
Never ran a dozer but I love to watch them work

The 140 bailed the 120 out. When the final drive went out as well. They are team. Picking up for each other. God bless

It would be nice to live in a house out in the middle of that field, surrounded by woods with no neighbors too close. It's a pretty place.

That lizard looked like a salamander. With those trees every which way, you have a game of pick-up sticks. Pick-up sticks would be a fun game at your next excavator rodeo.
Capt Kleeman (Mr Accident Prone)is your man to bridge the ravine.
Problem not building a bridge here 🤔
@@DirtPerfect But you could especially as Capt Kleeman is such an expert now. Just don’t mention Go Pro he drove over.
