Love hidden gems , great banter , some great golf , one problem don’t last long enough , need 18 hole versions and more often . Other than that Golf Mates is PERFECT.
My great friend Eric Murphy was a member at Seaport . Sadly he was taken from us after a huge battle with cancer bravely fought. He would have loved this. Thanks lads. Rest in peace pal.

Lads, I've played Seapoint - what a beautiful course 😊. Why don't you say what the actual hole numbers you are playing as opposed "1st hole of the day"?
Next time you're in Ireland, come play Swinford Golf Club, not as glamorous as Seapoint but it would certainly make you earn those strokes; no lucky bounces or 30 yard roles at Swinford 😮
Gems is the best series on RUclips. Always fantastic courses, great banter and good golf. Great to see Roy back on the channel. Re holes played, I think there should be at least 1 out of 6vwhere Roy gets a shot so he has a reasonable chance of getting a 3 pointer.

And in other news..., #UselessFactAlert Termonfeckin once had a racecourse where the horses raced on the beach as they do these days at Laytown. Found that out when Laytown were racing recently, so might as well take the chance to let the world know!

Liam - granted, I am a Canadian, but I believe that it’s pronounced “Drawh-da” (I suppose that I could use phonetic alphabet, but I think that conveys the proper pronunciation).

Head west boys south, or any way , Scotland has some very good golf links courses , but we have better and more of, but the craic is wherever you are in Ireland. 🍺🥃

Starting to make me feel home sick with these first two videos, 2 courses I could happily play over and over. You are correct that finishing 3 at Seapoint is probably the best 3 I have ever played. I had the pleasure\displeasure (which ever way you look at it) to live in Drogheda for a number of years, actually got married in the little church in Termonfeckin. Glad you are enjoying the trip.

What a little beauty that course is, the greens are far from easy. Poor old Roy got a touch of the Guiness palsy.

LIAM PETE STEVE. OK have you tried this and golf mates IN A 3 BALL , EVERY 3 HOLES 2 V 1 THEN CHANGE 2 V 1 AND CHANGE 2 V 1. NOW TEAM OF 2 IS BEST BALL AND CHUCK IN FOR TEAM OF 2 ONE BACK TO THE FUTURE SINGLE PLAYER HAS 2 BACK TO THE FUTURES , now you can not argue because it swaps OR PLAY ONE EACH PER TEAM BACKTOTHEFUTURE BUT SIÑGLE PLAYER HAS A PRO IN OTHER WORDS if single player does not get 2 pts then pro scores 2 pts but team of 2 must score or pick up. These are usually played for fun in winter .
Liam you asked for ideas.
One other WORST SCORE TO COUNT so from tee you take worst players ball every time in a pair or team .

Really hope you play Ardee golf club. It's less than half an hour north of Sea point. It's a parkland course and I spent most of my early days playing there love it.

Cracking course, I played it earlier this year on a trip to the Emerald Isle. Front 9 lulls you in as shielded from the sea, but the holes along the shoreline are next level.

Liam since you know more about Mizuno golf clubs than anyone I know ..can you (or anyone ) tell me anything about their JPX-850 irons. They appear to be a forgiving iron which is what I’m looking for. So if anyone can help me out here I’d appreciate it..✌🏼✌🏼

When it comes to shots you must always follow the stroke index. It's the only way to keep integrity. Sorry Hitman. You should have looked at the holes and raised your concern before play commenced. Any complaining is unseemly.
