    Paying off the mortgage, canceling the insurance, and taking a chance are some solutions to the house insurance dilemma. Mortgage holders would have to pay much more for insurance.

      If you don't have enough money to restore your home after the terrible Mize, I advise you to at least purchase a high deductible insurance policy. A qualified market consultant can also help you find a better position in the market.

      My Chinese spouse and I paid 1,6 million yuan in 2017 for a 4-bedroom property in Foshan, Guandong. After almost two years on the market with no takers, we sold it for 900,000 in 2020. As a foreigner, I am aware that the real estate industry is a scam. or Eighty percent of purchasers think that now is not the right time to buy a house.

      You go there where joy is waiting for you. Some folks just don't have the daring and adventurous attitude to be among the first. I'm excited to celebrate my 60th birthday on August 4 and I feel like my F.A is trying to help me get rich.

      I'm very excited! I manage to have a respectable job, but I find it hard to see the point when it can't support me. At my age, my parents owned a house, two cars, and three children. I'm having trouble paying for my flat.

    I remember before the GFC the media was freaking out and telling everyone they’d be priced out bc investors were buying all the homes and people wouldn’t be able to afford it when rates went up.
    We all know how that turned out 😆 Btw anctive inventory is the highest it’s been since 2013 in Denver.

    Did those who predicted a price increase next year factor in rate cuts that will increase demand ?

      did those that have been promising for 2 years rate cuts take into the account credit crunch, recession, and higher unemployment while the government keeps spending as they fight a trade war with China/Russia and anyone doing business with them which doesn't give them the confidence to go buy US treasuries if they didn't have their problems?
      probably not because the rate cuts people cheering have never bothered to look history of what happens during rate cut cycles. the economy goes down before it goes up and takes a bunch of people's jobs and savings with it.

    How will housing prices fall when 11 million new people in the US lack housing? Sure, some cities will fall, and inventory will climb. A lot of people will rent.

      11 only? come on let's make it 100M and we have people making 150k+ a year living in cardboard boxes because they can't find a home to buy or rent.
      If I had a penny for every time I heard the highly exaggerated "housing shortage" narrative I could have repaid the US debt by now.

    Blah Balh reading in the coffee, youtubers want to talk about something to earn money, especially the realtors, because they dont make money from real estate in this market. Bottom line, nobody knows, however consumer sentiment is a big part of real estate and 80 percent of home buyers think its a bad time to buy a home right now
