Nice video. Quick question..... Is the motor on this bike limited to 16mph? I think have the same motor on the trekking 4.0 and I'm pretty new to the world on ebikes, and I'm just wondering if there are ways to make the motors more powerful on these bikes? Is this something you have ever done?

Yes you can buy things to derestrict the motors, but that would void any warranty. Also the gearing on mountain bikes won’t benefit much from the higher speeds. Plenty on the internet about it

Hi Brad, I got them when they were on offer at crc so Im happy with them. Over 1kg lighter than stock. The lighter the better for An e bike.

Did you convert the standard rims to tubeless? Took mine to a bike shop today with the hope of converting to tubeless with stans kit and they said rims aren’t compatible. Would need to buy tubeless ready wheels

I contacted the rim manufacturers and asked them if they where tubeless ready. They said no, but they knew many people that had ran them as tubeless. It has worked ok for me.

You can choose whatever forks you like as long as they have same boost axle to fit hubs.
