I have a little routine before I go to bed. Kind of like 5 minute cleaning. I organise my living room. Put remotes an chargers away, pillows back in place. Take dishes to the sink. So when I wake up in the morning, my living room looks nice. What I also want to incorporate is gathering all my things. for when I have to go to the office the next day. Now I often have to find everything in the morning.

I have implemented both a night & morning routine, daily planning & scheduling, daily outside walks, and so many other routines, since finding you last April and devouring your vlogs. And my whole being has changed for the positive! These routines/habits have become my keystone and have trickled down to every aspect of my life! I just took away “the 5 minutes to plan your workouts”, and BAM! My yoga classes for the month of October are scheduled and paid in full! No turning back now!
