This fits with my reset mode for Spring. Along with learning something new, I am unlearning old methods, habits, and beliefs that are not serving me anymore or that are toxic to me. I love journaling and its a great way to help you find yourself. I have a thankful Jar and I fill it with things that I am thankful and grateful for. Thank you for you sharing.
It's important to remember leisure, habits at the far end of virtue become robotic making endeavors, so retaining humanity in leisure is important. Also don't worry about drinking a canteen of water, Habits start as little things, just get a cup when you wake up to flush that Adrenosine out of your system and that will make a big difference. Some people don't need a lot of water to be hydrated.
Ok, lowkey putting myself on blast right now. lol You mentioned the healthy snacks as I'm sitting here eating chocolate! It's Dark chocolate from Sprouts. Does that count? 😅
Where did you find those cute diamond paintings? And I noticed how you had everything organized. So cute! Do you links for any of those supplies? Thank you! 😊
I got the actual paintings from Michaels Crafts (they have tons!), but the accessories and case is all from Amazon after I realized how difficult it'd be to store all the leftovers!: amzn.to/49VV6LU
Absolutely! It's been such a fun hobby to pick up. Half was from Michaels Crafts, but the actual kit with the little jars was from Amazon: I got the actual paintings from Michaels Crafts (they have tons!), but the accessories and case is all from Amazon after I realized how difficult it'd be to store all the leftovers!: amzn.to/49VV6LU
Thank you Katie for reminding us with these videos the importance of doing these small actions that make us feel better and also those around us. I loved being kind to others, or at least not being an asshole 😀 "The key to growth is consistency." 🫶
I love what you said about the importance of practicing kindness! Kindness should be a daily practice for everyone.

In my opinion, habits allow more creativity and it's easier to stay consistent even when life distractions happen. Have a great week❤
Loved this video. Thanks for sharing these

Bahahaha everything in moderation is what's key!!! :)) Also dark chocolate sounds sooooo good right now!
If you haven't done one yet, I would love to see a Spring Reset or Monthly reset.

I think I need some diamond painting in my life! I like the smaller, easier pieces in your kit. Can you provide a link to where you found that one?
