I do earn a small amount money from amazon affiliate links if purchases are made (and I mean pennies). This does not create incentive to make videos like this. My goal is to make reliable, honest, plant content viewers can trust.
My leaves are curled in and sticky feeling. I cant see any bugs. Help
I have systemic pesticide in the soil my milk confetti is growing in, not a spider mite in sight and I still have curling leaves. Can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong 😢
You mention the ingredients are safe for mammals, but do you know if any residue (not direct contact) would be harmful to reptiles and/or amphibians?
I can't find any evidence of Azadirachtin toxicity for reptiles. Here's a study from the EPA: www3.epa.gov/pesticides/chem_search/cleared_reviews/csr_PC-121701_30-May-91_19.pdf
@@prettyingreen thank you for your quick response and information. I will read that. We keep bioactive tanks for our geckos and frogs. (Terrarium with animals, isopods and springtails). I generally wash plants thoroughly before putting them in but I’ve recently been potting them in safe substrate, but spraying them with anything would void that. LOL
So you are using the spray as a bug prevention in addition to treating an outbreak?
Yes pretty much. Neem for the bugs, kelp for whole plant functions, and soap to make sure to gets into the leaves!
How about using Maxsea 16-16-16. Is the nitrogen level too high, especially for rooting?

Thank you for the great info. Didn't know this about the curling of leaves and the possibility of spider mites.
Yes they’re nasty little guys-literally sucking the sap out of our leaves! The plant panics when they start biting it :/
