IT WORKS!!!!! First day, I stopped after 10 minutes (so painful) Second day, I did full 20 minutes but (I was dead) Third day, difficult still (felt sick after) One week after still difficult, but I didn’t gave up because I saw the results. This is my second week, and I can see my legs muscles no joke, My appetite has increased, I eat a lot more. Is amazing!!!! I couldn’t see this results even when I was going gym and paying 85£ a month. One big secret guys, do not give up!!! To all of you wondering if this works: I had an eating disorder for about a year.I was so so skinny and I was extremly weak. Then I started eating more and I was slowly healing. After half a year, I was better and so much healthier again. But I still was not happy with my body because I felt like I literally had no butt. So I started doing Pams workouts, that was about March 2019. I did the 10 min booty workout and the 2and1 flat belly and round booty workout about 3-4 times a week. After 3 months, I saw a great differnce. Then she uploated this workout. I was so impressed when I did it because I saw how much stronger I had become. I loved this workout so much and I did it a lot of times. After a time, I nearly only did this 20min workout because i liked it the most. Now, we have december 2019. During the whole time since this one here came out, I have not had one week without this workout, sometimes I feel all the views are mine haha. Since Sommer, I am doing this workout 3 times a week, like I never ever miss it. Sometimes I also do the 2in1 workout. I have never ever felt so good in my body and I am just so so proud. I am so strong like my legs and my butt are REALLY strong and I feel sooo good. And well, I have to admit, my butt also looks great haha. Like its a HUGE difference and everybody compliments me about it. I also gained like 4 kg, of course it also some fat, but like me butt is always the way i wanted it to be and I am so confident about it. Pam, I am so thankful! Guys i did this workout right now and will update you everyday for a month..... DAY 1: Was dead for sure as i dont do booty much!😫 Paused videos a lot!(Plank to jump squats and lunge pulses were killer!!!!) DAY 2: My butt was sooo sore! But I still did this w/o somehow,paused sometimes 😅. Obviously not a drastic change its just day 2 but I will keep on going. DAY 3: Guys today was pretty amazing as i paused video twice and I enjoyed the w/o. I saw tranformation videos yesterday so that I dont stop. I felt a very little change in my butt(its a little stronger and tight). Day 4:Guys its actually getting a little better. I feel a change in my butt its stronger than before. Now I'm not dying😅 DAY 5: Today was the best day I did it almost without pausing. NO SORENESS and I am feeling so strong than before. I also did Pamela's other booty w/o. I must admit this workout is REALLY tough but I did this for a month now and Im already seeing results! Like I was flat like flat flat but now I really see a curve and my booty grow! I promise u this workout is the most effective one I've ever tried! Give it a go, u don't have to do everything without a break I personally still can't do all of it without little breaks but u get better and better and it's such a great feeling to know u did it through this workout even when ur body was giving up! I have only been doing this workout for about a month or so, but I can say it really helps. I naturally have an okay sized booty, but it is not muscle, it’s fat. I already feel much stronger in my legs. I do this workout nearly everyday, sometimes I throw in the ten minute booty workout or the 2-1 workout. But, personally this one works best. My bf broke up with me, he basically cheated on me and is now dating his ex. I was going trough a hard time- but I realized it’s time to change, I will start to work on myself- in a year I will come to this comment. This is amazing I started this because this was a insecurity of mine because i was bullied a lot for it and really the change i am having makes me cry. I was a very skinny girl and wasn’t the same body as most of the girls in my school and thats was when it started and that really make me hate my body for it. I have only been a week on this and it really change fast i am getting curves and looking so much better and its making me fell so confident too keep doing this i really recommend this.I have a condition and I thought i will allways stay like that and really make me hate my self for it put now i fell really confident and i really wanna thank you for this and never quit❤️

Lmao I went back to this after 4 months of no working out . I did the 10 minute one for 2 weeks and decided it was too easy so I moved back to this. I sound like a dying zebra and my legs want to kick me in the face for torturing them with endless amounts of JUMP SQUATS

IT WORKS! After 3 months of this workout ( 5 times a week), I finally have the booty of my dreams. And not only booty, my legs also look nicer than ever before. The first month, I didn't really see any changes but I was like: "It hurts, so it must be working." The next month I could see there was more and more muscle while the fat was slowly being reduced. By the end of the second month, I got a pretty nice shape but I wanted it to be a little bigger, so I continued. Now I'm happy with what I have, I've never been so confident, I've received a lot of compliments and Pamela became my true hero. ❤ I only do this workout 2-3 times a week now - to stay in shape, as I'm focusing on my arms and belly. Good luck to everyone! Be patient and consistent. You can't change the body you've been building for years in a few seconds. Seredy Valentin not a pro at all, but I would advise you to focus on the feeling of your muscle for example when you want to sit on a chair. try to lower yourself verryyy slowly near the end, and you should feel that the muscles on your butt are working harder. then, try to mimic this “working even harder” feeling while doing squats for example, by compressing your butt muscles when doing the movement and focusing your weight on your heels. no idea if that was clear haha, but hope it helped!

Before trying this workout I used to do Chloe Ting’s 100 bridges for about a week and Pamela’s 10 minute booty workout for 4 days. DAY 2: My butt was sooo sore! But I still did this w/o somehow,paused sometimes 😅. Obviously not a drastic change its just day 2 but I will keep on going.
DAY 3: Guys today was pretty amazing as i paused video twice and I enjoyed the w/o. I saw tranformation videos yesterday so that I dont stop. I felt a very little change in my butt(its a little stronger and tight).
Day 4:Guys its actually getting a little better. I feel a change in my butt its stronger than before. Now I'm not dying😅
DAY 5: Today was the best day I did it almost without pausing. NO SORENESS and I am feeling so strong than before. I also did Pamela's other booty w/o.
DAY 6: Sorry guys I couldn't update for the past 2 days as I was a little sick and couldn't do the w/o but today I did it and its getting better and better everyday and also I did it without pausing the video even though I was sick for the last 2 days😅😋.
DAY 7: First of all i cant believe i have been doing this for a week now as i am not really regular with w/o but i am seeing results and that's what motivates me to be regular(I think). Today was pretty good and i am getting better and better at this.😋
DAY 8: Today when i did this w/o and checked myself in the mirror, that was the best feeling EVERRR! I saw a change in my butt it got a lot stronger than before and tight as well. I can't believe that i the LAZY person could do this. I will keep on going and will update u all!
Day 9 &10: Hey people I did this again and now when I look myself I am like what...is it me but yes it's me and I have been doing this for the past 10 days it's an awesome feeling guys. Just start and then you'll notice yourself😉
Day 11 and 12: Guys I'll be posting 2 days together from now on. So it's just a 20 min w/o but it's been a killer for my booty . I can see a difference in my butt and i love this. Will keep on updating u guys!
Day 13 and 14: the w/o is easier day by day and doing it by watching some motivational videos. Feeling the burn as well. It's was a bootyful day!😅

DAY 30: OMG guysss!!!!😭I completed this booty challenge for whole 30 days! Today I was so excited to do this w/o. My butt size has increased and it's much stronger than before! Those lunge pulses and burpees that I hated before were now one of the exercises that helped me the most.Guys if u are trying this than I just want to say don't give up, the after results will shock you. I must admit this workout is REALLY tough but I did this for a month now and Im already seeing results! Like I was flat like flat flat but now I really see a curve and my booty grow! I promise u this workout is the most effective one I've ever tried! Give it a go, u don't have to do everything without a break I personally still can't do all of it without little breaks but u get better and better and it's such a great feeling to know u did it through this workout even when ur body was giving up! I have only been doing this workout for about a month or so, but I can say it really helps. I naturally have an okay sized booty, but it is not muscle, it’s fat. I already feel much stronger in my legs. I do this workout nearly everyday, sometimes I throw in the ten minute booty workout or the 2-1 workout. But, personally this one works best. It has also helped me get rid of my hip dips a bit. It has really helped me. So if anyone I’m the comments is wondering if they should continue: PLEASE DO, it will really boost your confidence. This is amazing I started this because this was a insecurity of mine because i was bullied a lot for it and really the change i am having makes me cry. I was a very skinny girl and wasn’t the same body as most of the girls in my school and thats was when it started and that really make me hate my body for it. Lmao I went back to this after 4 months of no working out . I did the 10 minute one for 2 weeks and decided it was too easy so I moved back to this. I sound like a dying zebra and my legs want to kick me in the face for torturing them with endless amounts of JUMP SQUATS

Next time try to do regular squats or something easier as an alternative. At least that’s what I do.
You can also try to alternate between jump squats and simple squats. Like: jump-squat-up-squat-jump. At least it's what i do :)

IT WORKS! After 3 months of this workout ( 5 times a week), I finally have the booty of my dreams. And not only booty, my legs also look nicer than ever before.
The first month, I didn't really see any changes but I was like: "It hurts, so it must be working."
The next month I could see there was more and more muscle while the fat was slowly being reduced. By the end of the second month, I got a pretty nice shape but I wanted it to be a little bigger, so I continued.
Now I'm happy with what I have, I've never been so confident, I've received a lot of compliments and Pamela became my true hero. ❤ I only do this workout 2-3 times a week now - to stay in shape, as I'm focusing on my arms and belly.
Good luck to everyone! Be patient and consistent. You can't change the body you've been building for years in a few seconds.

Seredy Valentin not a pro at all, but I would advise you to focus on the feeling of your muscle for example when you want to sit on a chair. try to lower yourself verryyy slowly near the end, and you should feel that the muscles on your butt are working harder. then, try to mimic this “working even harder” feeling while doing squats for example, by compressing your butt muscles when doing the movement and focusing your weight on your heels. no idea if that was clear haha, but hope it helped!

OMG das sieht hart aus. Dennoch freue ich mich drauf es gleich morgen auszuprobieren!!! ICH LIEBE DEINE VIDEOS. Ich hab es vorher nicht geschafft mich zu home workouts zu motivieren. Ehrlich gesagt nervt es mich, wenn in den Videos immer ewig gequatscht und erklärt wird. Deshalb sind deine Videos so toll. Du hast super effektive Übungen, tolle Musik und durch den 'Piep' was man Bescheid wann es weiter geht. Ich bin jedes Mal stolz wenn ich mehr und mehr durchhalte.
I haven't been working out for 4 months. Decided to start today, and omg this work out was a killer. Not gonna lie, there were moments that I wanted to give up and took breaks. But I was determined to finish and I'm SOOO glad I did. Thank you Pamela!

Jesus Christ im literally seeing spots after doing this. I was doing Pamela's 10 minute workout and It started to get easy so I switched to this one and girl.....im about to pass out! Keep pushing guys:) Just think where we will all be in a couple months, im super excited!

Ok so I’m on day four and TRUST ME!!! It gets so much easier every single day I do it! The first time I tried the workout it felt impossible, but now my legs can handle much more and It’s getting a lot better. I’ll update you when I begin to see progress!

Before trying this workout I used to do Chloe Ting’s 100 bridges for about a week and Pamela’s 10 minute booty workout for 4 days. I decided to try this workout because the previous one wasn’t challenging enough.
Day 1: ✅ Had to take breaks beetween exercises
Day 2: ❌ Didn’t w/ot today but walked about 8miles

Day 4: ✅ My butt has lifted and got rounder
