How could this minigame be forgotten even though it's the most efficient way of getting BP for the tutor moves and Mega Stones? I've always hated how annoying BP was to obtain in earlier games, and was glad to see it removed in Scarlet and Violet, and have tutor moves be regular TMs and former Battle Facility items be purchasable with regular money. Only Mantine Surfing actually made it worth it to grind for BP casually without the use of Pokémon Bank/HOME points.
When I did this minigame for the first time I was a bit confused on why this was a thing and seemed to derail certain bits of the story to me. But each time I got farther and farther into this minigame, as I learned new tricks and got the hang of the mechanics, I became quite addicted. I would spend my 15 minute breaks at my old job just doing this minigame. This was my way of grinding money before the e4; I’d play it for a few rounds, use the points to buy some vitamins, and then sell those vitamins at the marts. Overall, I very much enjoy this minigame, it might be my favorite 3DS minigame, and I really really wish it got more love

So far, though, my favourite thing about the game is the Mantine surfing, absolutely 100%! 😀 It really makes me feel happy. I love everything in Mantine surfing! From the quite simple gameplay to the awesome music, everything is perfect and gives you enough will to grind high scores. I think my best ever score is around 170k-180k
One RUclipsr from Switzerland just put this as a battle theme for one of his characters in his gym leader castle (surprise this character was a water themed one) where everyone could participate with some rules (you know too OP combos aren't allowed and most of the legendaries of course and only dynamax in double battle) and I looked for this song like for some month until someone finally answered this questions under one of the comments in his video. Finally I got this banger

The whole Mantine surfing element was a fantastic addition to the game in my opinion: it just made moving from island to island so much more fun!
