Back to Charice...Cor blimey! What a voice!! Top of her game! I actually listened to this about 6 more times after I reacted lol. I was mesmerized by her technique and complete control of her voice.

“I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well maybe but it’s true. So what’s motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2016. However, despite not being able to walk for a few weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn’t an easy time but I won’t let fear dictate my life. I didn’t think ‘why me’, there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it’s not always smooth sailing. It’s true when you hear, ‘Life is short’, the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and try to practice gratitude everyday…It’s so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…we are all specks of dust…Also thank you for all your support. It means a lot. I have suffered from anxiety from the past and self confidence, (yeah hard to see now right) didn’t think I was ‘good, or worthy enough’ but I feel I have a new lease of life, don’t really care as much and want to show you guys what I have! : ) You are all awesome and without you, there would be no channel. “

I swear she can still belt her ass out. People think that "her" voice is masculine but in singing it is not. She can still belt as high as Morissette Amon, Jona, and etc.

The microphone is a gift from Oprah. Another standing ovation is her cover of Listen in the after Oscar party she was 15 then. Also a must watch was when she was invited by Celine Dion to sing with her in her Madison Square Concert. It was one of the Oprah's segment series of Charice 's dreams coming true as she did a duet with Andrea Bocelli in Italy. Then her Debut came singing an original Note to God on Oprah show. Those were her shining moments and more.

I’ve known Charice from this time when this video was produced. She was then an amazing singer for her age. I’m happy to see Jake live his true life, and that his life as Charice has left an amazing legacy, to all aspiring LGBTQ+ who are willing to sing regardless of changes. Live on, Charice, and may the new you fill everyone with love, joy and music.
This young lady started her career when Oprah discovered her , invited her in her show and after the show ended , Oprah contacted Celine Dion and arranged the two to meet ! Since then we all enjoy that magnificent voice from the Philippines !
you are such a strong woman, inspite of the hardship that you have gone too. you made yourself motivated by you and motivated others to be strong as you are. you're a good example Ms.Becca to those who is undergoing the same experience as you had been. keep it going.

I wish that more videos of Charice singing back then was caught on tape because now we won't get any of that goodness anymore. Her voice back then was truly one of a kind.
this is by far my favorite performance of All By Myself. I personally think it's a combination of her sound mixed in with David Foster's genius arrangement as well as the quality of the audio/video. It's what happens when you get good talent in good venues. I still tear up a big at the high note :P
I actually really like Dimash's version, but Charice's version is just so well balanced - no extra flourishes. no complications. everything is crescendos up to that big break before the high note. just masterfully done! i've seen it maybe 100 times and i still watch it
