Idea: the ningen as a relitive to the leatherback sea turtle siren head as a species of insect and the sandworms as a titanic species of bristle worms that live in the dunes
This gives me an idea for Ganondorf. You know how the Minoans had a culture obsessed with bulls, which eventually developed into the idea of the Minotaur in the later Greek myths (the Minoans being so obsessed with bulls that they’re mostly known nowadays for a creature that was literally half bull who's human mother copulated with a bull)? Perhaps there could be some similarities with Ganondorf, as there could have been a species that were closely related to humans back during the ice age that had a culture that revered the Ganons, which eventually would be altered with the passage of time to be remembered as an individual called Ganondorf who became a Ganon.
I love the fi ant predatory pig design you went for with Ganon here. I still think a spec evo take on Flora Colossus (the species of Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy) would make a great future episode.
So, I'm not sure if you can reimagine the Casa Madrigal, because it's a living house from “Encanto”, but reimagining one of the Madrigal family members is a definite ask for you, because most of the members have amazing superpowers.
Hey SPWC Can you do spec evo goblins? I think they could be realtives of the grinch. They could be social and look for shiny objects and food in groups that I like to call "Gangs". Thanks and cya later,I might have another green skin being next!
@@speculativewildlifeThe Titanaprum daemonorex is absolutely gorgeous! A surprisingly adaptable megafaunal creature! It is a great shame that humans took a big part in the extinction of the species.
@@megandavis3372 Indeed! One can only imagine what it would have been like to see one of these in the modern day. Imagine them roaming in the middle ages!
I do not want to see Ganon charging at me; a highly territorially, extremely strong, boar-like beast that tramples and goar others' tusks that are coated in a toxic irritant is a very scary beast and is pretty clever makes for something highly dangerous. Though ambushes from the back, light, and probably fire will work pretty well against it, just like in the games. Also, considering its likely territory, it might have overlapped with some Oni, which would have helped make the name of Demon King really stick to it. I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few accounts of them destroying shrines when looking for food as well, resulting in the priestess having to call in a hunter to slay it.
So, a pig that decided to take the Spotted Hyena/Short-Faced Bear evolutionary route. Yeah, that's DEFINITELY not bowl cleansingly scary at all!??! 😨😱😨
Ah, the return of the time machine. I was wondering when you were going to mention it again. I'm glad the Ganon is extinct, I never liked him in the cartoon series.
I figured that Ganon would make an appearance in this series at some point! But I was surprised that Ganon was gonna be primarly herbivorous, as I honestly assumed that *Titanaprum daemonorex* was gonna be primarily carnivorous. That way, it would give people a reason to fear them, besides their huge size and territorial behavior. Don't get me wrong, it makes sense since Boars in general are usually herbivorous as well. Regardless, it's still a good design of the beast, and I look forward to whatever LoZ Creature will come next in the future. If I ever encountered the Ganon, I think it would largely depend on the environment. There are times, where you have to use the environment and the Ganon's size and strength to your advantage.
I went with it for plausibility, plus aggression is not exactly rare in large herbivores! And that's a good idea, if you manage to get him stuck somewhere, that's it for him!
I can really see you've improved on your skills lately! And here's an idea, maybe the Ganon could've been tamed and used as literal war-pigs by evil warlords? Just a thought ;) Suggestions: Minecraft Ghasts The Gleeok Behemoth from Godzilla King of The Monsters Kaiser Ghidorah

Incredible video and I must say you did a great job creating a mammoth like swine truly deserving of the title demon king also now that you have covered Superman, have you thought about covering the bio-engineered kryptonian killer Doomsday? Because at least from my perspective, there’s a decent bit in the creatures backstory that could be fun to speculate around and reinterpret as well as its general biology as a hyper specialized hunter of Kryptonians.
Also one thing that I’ve been kind of curious about with your reimagined oni kind of tying into the note of how humans have made use of them what was imperial japan’s relationship these demon gorilla pigs because even just focusing on unit 731 I can only imagine the nigh unfathomable horrors that would be conducted using them.

I’ve had this on my mind for a bit but could you do a creature based off not exactly a specific creature but more of a concept we’ve all pictured in our minds as kids. The creature in question is the classic monster under the bed.
@@speculativewildlife To be honest I was thinking about having the bed itself as the creature. Like a giant terrestrial clam that acts like a venus flytrap but I decided that probably wouldn’t work. But I remembered your slenderman episode where you made a large spider that preys on humans and thought hey… What about instead this creature is some sort of arthropod that prey on juvenile and adolescent humans in more urban areas to avoid competition and/or being preyed upon by the slenderman spider being a smaller species that would’ve branched off at some point and evolved a different hunting tactic and body plan. My guess is this species of spider could live a life style similar to a hermit crab where it enters a home and searches for the scent of a human child or teenager. It will then hide under the bed for a period of five months to digest its previous meal and remain undetected by its next target. Once the digestion period is complete it will wait until the prey item leaves for an extended period of time and applies a thin layer of webbing to the top of the bed laced with a type of chemical that acts as a sedative/anesthetic. It will also proceed to release pheromones into the air to act as a secondary sedative to weaken its prey to induce a sense of fatigue which leads to the victim falling into a deep sleep. This combined with the anesthetic means the spider can feed uninterrupted while the prey is none the wiser as they’re slowly drained dry. The only evidence left behind will be a bed covered in old silk and the dried up husk of the victim with the spider having long since left to search for a new hiding spot.
With Ganondorf being the strongest and only male of the Gerudo in the Zelda canon, does that mean that the males of the species are much larger and more aggressive than the females of the species with a group of them being pretty much all female except for the one male that takes the lead of the group during certain times of the year?
I figure they would work best with the males being separated from the rest of the pack, like with other Suids or big animals like elephants! Which also works in with the BOTW lore a bit!
