So awesome. Where did you get the cardboard and foam? Is the foam pre stick or are you putting glue on it? I looked for some foam and couldn’t find something like what you are using.
The sanding disks are 40G or a slightly used 36G, The hand sanding was 24G slightly used to knock off the sharp edges of the grit so it doesn't grab and finish with 80 just to get rid of the fuzzes.
Thanks for all of your fiberglass vids.!! I've subscribed and can't wait to see them all.
63 corvette dash .wow, you have some seriously mad skills brother! Nice
Man you blow my mind. Mark Tennessee
Thanks Mark!
LOOKS MUCH LIKE OLD VETTE DASH....NICE!!
Thanks for the Video OG!..this helped me solve my problem with custom molding my cluster gauges
I am jumping in mid project but that dash has a really cool vintage Corvette look.
Add you a c2 corvette aftermarket radio to your water fall. Very nice truck. Roll Tide
Being its a truck I can fit a regular size double din in there.
Fantastic job, looks great!
Thanks!

Great looking dash! What kind of foam, how thick and where’d you get it? Thanks! Looking fwd to seeing the completed project!
Thanks! It goes by many names but its called volara sculpting foam or poker table foam its a 1/4 thick i get mine at "Auto trim store"
Fiberglass gets hard. Will the foam backing keep it from cracking if struck ?
If you've got at least 2 layers you should be good, a single layer you've got to be really careful.
Didn’t say what grade sanding discs or paper used !
