    So awesome. Where did you get the cardboard and foam? Is the foam pre stick or are you putting glue on it? I looked for some foam and couldn’t find something like what you are using.

      Thanks! It goes by many names but its called volara sculpting foam or poker table foam its a 1/4 thick i get mine at "Auto trim store"

    Fiberglass gets hard. Will the foam backing keep it from cracking if struck ?

      If you've got at least 2 layers you should be good, a single layer you've got to be really careful.

    Didn’t say what grade sanding discs or paper used !

      The sanding disks are 40G or a slightly used 36G, The hand sanding was 24G slightly used to knock off the sharp edges of the grit so it doesn't grab and finish with 80 just to get rid of the fuzzes.
