- I don't think I've lauged so much over a Voiceplay video, and they're not even dressed up for this one! I have always loved this song even since I first heard it in the early 80s by Tight Fit. Geoff and Layne outdo themselves in this one :D and the dancing Gorillas????

Layne, definitely. It was supposed to be a short, but he was having too much fun with the arrangement. And then he had to come up with the video.
This is the corridor outside Pattycake. They film a lot of their short and mini videos there on an iphone. I hope you saw the elephant, giraffe, zebras, etc. This started out as a short video but Laybe was having too much fun to tstop, with the CGI, so they jjust kept going. :) And that's Cesar doing the whistle notes with the violin playing. VoicePlay's most fun video yet. By the way we love Geoff's goofy dances.
The 1939 original by Solomon Linda was in Zulu and later translated into English. I've always loved the Tokens version of this song & this rendition does it justice. I had to watch it twice - I got so caught up watching the CGI critters the first time that I had to watch again for the singers! I loved the vioLayne!
Yes, all the mall shots are conviniently done right outside their door. Most time early in the morning, though you occasionaly see shoppers passing by.
If I ever get to Orlando I know which mall I would like to hang out in. Their Seven Nation Army was shot in an abandoned store next to the mall. They're certainly a huge attraktion to this mall, I would think.

@@richardlaundonThe highest note you hear from Geoff is made at that same mall. In their cover of Peaches, Geoff letting lose his inner Jack Black. Surprisingly high too.

@@richardlaundon Oh you have to check out "Peaches" and will need even more recovery time for that one-- trust us! If you go to Voice Play's channel and click on "shorts" you will find a gold mine of raw minis filmed at the Oviedo mall (outside Orlando) where PattyCake is located (they film them early in the morning before the mall stores open). Lots of fun and many surprises in unexpected talent from Cesar, J None, Omar and other featured guests in their minis. This one was suppose to be a mini as Voice Play had a hectic Fall and Christmas season but Layne had so much fun here he made it into a full video. Some of my favorite minis/shorts other than "Peaches" are "Baby On Board (featuring Eli's new born son) and "Baby Back Ribs". Cesar's whistle notes are amazing here and so hard to believe that J None is singing Bass for his Navy band (You may want to check out J None's solo channel to see his talented voice range, song writing and arranging, beatboxing and rapping).
