this game has amazing graphics and fun racing, nice cars etc. but it's utter cringe.
The game mode is a joke though so..
So, stuff to put into the first patch: don't put the finish outside the arena. Ghost players that are in races. Make upgrades a bit easier to find.
Judging from the trailer, players hitting each other was definitely an intended occurrence. Agree with rest though!

1) if you put the finish outside the area is a great tactical move when the zone is tiny. Is all about knowing the map, strat and quick distance calculation 2) If you ghost players there is no "battle royale", in wich battle royale you can't kill someone bc he's ghosting??? 3) put more or make them easier to find

Or basically make it so that the timeout counter doesn't start until after the race, so that you have a chance of getting back into the ring
The Chad they should have some that put you in the storm but when you win respawn you back in or something

@@JetUpKoala Freeroam rush is literally a point to point race without any checkpoints. In other words, its terrible, especially as a battle royale lol

A lot of people glitch so you can’t challenge people, car spawns aren’t really random at all. And it’s possible to land at the wrong spot and it’s impossible to make it in the cycle before you get the timed out. Forza fucked up hard and it was shit they could easily fix.

My idea for a battle royal car game would involve the crew, everyone starts on foot and has to find car or bike or whatever's closest, at the starting area there are only slow cars and the further you make it towards the goal the better the cars you find. First person from one end of the us to the other wins.

Nope ton of luck involved, doesn’t make you race outside the ring, the glitch so you can’t challenge people and stuck low lvl, start a race and the other guy passes you goin the other way and race is that way, within 1min off the start someone grabs a lvl 5/6 and challenges you.
@@bbdl7042 No, a lot of it comes from skill. I've been in tier 6 cars and lost to tier 3 due to not knowing terrian an very well. If you have the skill to navigate the forest, hills, mountains, wall barriers without hitting trees or landing side ways then you will win the majority of the time even if the tier difference is 5. Know which cars preform better on and off road. Take it from someone who's came in 1st twice, and gotten to car tier 10 3 times. Keep playing and you'll get better at it hon. 😉
@@bbdl7042 The part where he couldn't challenge people was because they were already in a race. If you look at the map, you'll see that there are two people that can't be challenged.
15:10 The reason you could challenge this Mini instead of the previous one was because the previous Mini was already engaged in a 1-on-1 race. Notice that the previous Mini had a line through the circle on the mini-map (like a do not enter sign) and the one you could challenge didn't.
Personally, I don't really like the trend the Horizon series is going down...Seems like they're chasing after trends now as well (live service and now battle royal). At least PG isn't monetizing it to hell and back and they're doing a better job at the live service thing than most others.
Basically what this mode is is Free Roam Rush, just with a larger group and 1-on-1 races with loot.
I think this mode actually really suits Forza horizon because the normal races are a joke but this cartoony game works better.
Fun mode. The only complaint is the race finish can heavily favor one racer. For example you challenge head on and it puts the race finish directly ahead of them and directly behind you. When you turn he already has 1km head start.

FH4: No, you will race to a random point with unfair advantages like a headstart, the destination might also be outside of the circle. Btw, it is simply a elimination tournament with the players being random.
should've been armor upgrades, damage upgrades, and health boosts. Everyone rams to eliminate others.

@@Lodreus Yes, that's the only upgrade. You can either find them via drops on the map, stealing the other person's car after beating them, or upgrading in a race (if the other person's car is lower than you).
Bruh I had a level 10 car and a level 1 car challenged me so I gave him a headstart and still dust him lol. Yeah the mode is fun but it need some work.

The Eliminator is a lot of fun, but I feel like they could add a few features.
1. More Car Drops
2. Make car drops easier to spot
3. Remove some trees from the forest to make racing and driving much easier and more enjoyable
4. Allow you to join a session in a group
This mode is kind of shit and needs a lot of changes, I think

yeah man one of the funnest things was in test drive offroad just goin into freeride 2player and playing tag across the entire environment in your vehicle. no racin or nothin. just tag in cars. some of these designers make crazy levels that hardly gets explored

Once you have obtained a high tier car, everyone lower will try to impede you in order to get you eliminated. Once you have that 959, assume everyone is going to try to have a go at you. They can see that you are in a race, so it is in their interest to try to ram you.

that red guy is me(not really) but every time I encounter rocks it seems they have the most unbelievable magnets that get my car stuck to them lol
Interfering in races would make sense if you (1) either know the person who is racing as a good driver or (2) are able to see his prestige just as you would in a regular race. That way we can knock out stronger players early in the game by interfering in their races. Otherwise it doesn’t have much advantage for the interferer
Always funny to see little kids that come from GTA racing into Forza and do the same annoying thing like they do in GTA because they basically have no skills in driving at all

Just FYI, you can't change or upgrade cars in the middle of a 1v1 race so don't waste any time trying

I feel like the people knocking this mode haven't actually tried it. I hate free roam rush and I find this mode a lot of fun. I won the event one time and got to lvl 25 in this mode pretty quickly. I enjoy it indeed.

If you start up north of the map, you get good cars. I’ve been getting level 7 cars straight away
