For all its flaws, I've spent more time with Forza 7 in S class than I have any other game this past year. It's exhilarating, and great to watch as always from you :)
khimaros when you get into a good lobby the racing is actually much better than most games out there and it feels much more alive than GT
What baffles me is that I've gotten into arguments with people who try and rationalize their A-hole behavior in racing games such as this. Their counter point to anything I say is "IT'S JUST A GAME!" You just slammed me into the barricade at 100 MPH for no reason, what the heck dude! "IT'S JUST A GAME!" You just took me out of the top 3, thanks for racing clean. "HURR, DURR, YOU'RE NOT GOING TO ACTUALLY WIN ANYTHING, SO WHAT DOES IT MATTER?"
Honestly, I hate these people. If you want to do that crap, go play Burnout or GTA.
I haven't picked up GT Sport yet; mainly because at launch it seemed to be lacking content compared to previous entries in the series. Though with all the updates now, it looks like a worthwhile purchase. Also I agree on the multiplayer side; it's ranking system seems like a good way to weed out the crash test dummies.
TACADD Whenever someone takes me out on the last turn of the race so they can win, I just pick the most OP car and wreck them every single corner the next race until they quit the lobby. The only way to get them to realize they're ruining the game is to destroy them at their own BS. It's hilarious too because 90% of the time these people will send me mad hate messages and I'm just like "Oops, didn't see you" LOL then I block them so they can melt in their own madness 😂
I honestly don't understand these people. Don't pick up a track racer if you're going to drive like your intoxicated. Sometimes they may be newer players (or left side of the bell curve, haha) that don't have their skills honed, but most times they're malicious and trying to get a rise out of people. There are so many arcade racers that would be more than accommodating to these people. Obviously a circuit racer is going to take itself more seriously.
I FUCKING LOVE THAT. assholes do that to me always in ranked matches, which made me give that game up entirely.
TACADD It used to bother me, until I got good enough to always catch up to them. Now if someone rams me I actually get excited about their inevitable payback lol

I mostly just race forza gt cars in the open meeting lobbies but I feel like just going into these s classes after watching this. It honestly is more like a mad max fury road experience than having some kind of realistic sim racer battle going on.
I’ve missed the Forza 7, I would watch the Gran Turismo videos but the I cant handle the HUD, it drives me crazy

Yeah, If you just want to race, then Forza's HUD is nice and clean and doesn't hinder you, but the HUG of GTS makes a lot of sense when you are racing yourself (except the penalty and empty tank notifications lol) since they inform you about everything you need to know to race really well.
It's a huge difference if you are either watching the gameplay or playing yourself, thats why the replay views edited in by our lord and saviour Super GT are a nice touch to apprechiate the game a bit more for the people who watch it
It drives me crazy too because it’s so much better than Forza’s imo anyways.
Because I hate having to look at the right-hand corner of the screen to to see my RPMs

For sure forza 7 is like play basketball on street court, when you dominate the game, you be a juggernaut in any other game.

Probably the best start to a race I've ever seen. Some of these drivers would have an F sportsmanship rating in GT Sport if there was one.

Picked up your way of shifting and soon after I turned off all assists pretty much as I only think I have rewind on for my career that's it. It really does work well as a quick way of shifting.

I think the most fun ive been doing is racing in leagues a lot more forgiving people depending what class you are in on leagues

Great video as always. The subject though is exactly the reason I've moved over to GT Sport. Not the best penalty system there I know, but in general race craft and enjoyment is much better.

It's so weird watching racing videos as a racer, because everything goes by so quickly. I mean what he's talking about patience with the throttle is so true, as once you start to transfer from aggressive to defensive driving, every acceleration zone feels like it takes hours.

Every time Super GT starts a race and goes around the first corner of most noob racing lobbies it looks like a bunch of people ramming each other to get a 60" plasma screen TV at Walmart for the black friday special.
