The differences are the steering wheel wiring and the backside of the airbag from what I see.

Wiring is no problem,these are little different coz one is with heating other is not

It's not a problem wiring.
Question is if focus anf fiesta use same resistances for buttons.

Wiring and buttons easy to swap ,did that few times on fiesta Stearing wheels
All I wanted to check if its physically the same
