I'm missing tomato cause I looove tomato, but other than that, van I just say thank you for making a burger properly? Toasted buns, grilled onions _underneath_ the cheese, and the bacon arranged properld perpendicular instead of sloppily thrown on, love it!

I've been cooking burgers for over 40 yrs and in many restaurants, not just the fast food joints, the nice places. The only thing differ is the put the mustard on before they flipped it. Which makes sense, to cook the mustard in the burger. The same way I would do with the worchestershire sauce on a burger. To cook it in the burger. But not too much, ya don't wanna over power the burger with too much of the other ingredients. Cheers y'all
I use it on chicken and pork as a moisture for rubs and seasoning to stick to, but I've never used it to that amount. I believe the vinegar in it helps tenderize the meats.
