Great video. When you get tapered shaft end mills, check them, not all are Morris taper, some are Brown & Sharp. Found out the hard way. And if you're going to use the jig a lot, you might consider a bronze bushing in the tailstock end.
Dont throw dull taps away. If there is a way for you to get a Dremel tool and a small diameter grind stone to fit the tap flutes, (dress it with your bench grinder while they are both running), it is possible sharpen them. Its not the perfect way but it makes the diference between broken taps and taps that will cut. You have persistence and that will always carry the day.
