I'm trying to get a Big Fish game to work. It has worked on windows 10 before but now it comes up as a small window with what looks like a white blank box with another blue box inside of that one like a file or something. Won't go full screen and if I click twice on the game on game manager it then shows error message 809 and tells me I already have another game playing when its the only one I'm trying to get to play. I'm not going to bother with their customer service cause I've done that before with another issue and they can't help you troubleshoot. They actually gave me incorrect information. I've tried reinstalling game and made sure everything is up to date. Could it be a graphics card issue? The game is older, but I have games older than this one that still play so I am stumped. If it is a graphic card thing can I still fix the problem? Can someone please help?
Ok if you did this and nothing is opening don’t freak out you have to go into settings updates and security go down to recovery click advanced startup . Restart now then click restore files then you should be good this worked for me

to open some programms that don't open in the search bar of file explorer type in CMD and the balck command window will open then drag and drop the exe onto that window and press enter. hope that helped (note it only works for applications that don't need to run as administrator)
update: i found out how to actually fix any program right click on the program select preferences and on the bottom there should be something along the lines of unlock software clicking this will fix the problem.

@@oSlKEY I did not have a restore option because any .exe file would not open. I actually had to get my Microsoft 10 reset to get everything back to normal.
Damn you, this led not open anything on the whole PC, this effing edit has something to do with the Open property on the system, almost everything isn't opening.

Don’t do this. It will mess up your registry and you won’t be able to open up any apps, including the registry once you’ve finished.
