@@danielv.7709depends, if your tab says it’s open but it isn’t then you might have a virus I know how to get rid of, if it just doesn’t open for some reason I can’t help you

@@OGPG17 do you have wave browser? If you don’t DO NOT GET IT, it’s a malware but you need to open it and you will find a button that leads you to settings
The main problem is nothing working. Now even the search bar or cmd. Nothing is getting opened...😢😢
Try going into your bios and doing it worked for me
Same here. Nothing opens up, so I manually restart it or shut down from the PC, but sometimes it works. Sometimes, it doesn't, so I just go on PlayStation, lol.

@@actionboyy620 Yes, you just need to hard reset your laptop and then make a back-up file. All you need to do is to find a very small hole at the right side of the laptop where USB slots are there. This hole is as tiny as your phone has for ejecting sim. Put a sim ejector tool into it and press it. A click sound you will hear. That's it.

I installed Windows 11 and encountered issues with applications like Paint, Calculator, Photo, Notepad, Snipping Tool, and other built-in apps not working. And my computer is an organizational computer that can’t have its system widely accessed. 😔
I tried the last option from this video through PowerShell and Command Prompt and restart my computer.
And voila, everything works! All the applications I mentioned above are back to normal. Thank you for this video. It was very helpful and there was no need to install or download again from the Ms Store. 😇

Perhaps Microsoft needs to take care of this fucking issue. Its annoying as HELL! The problem is not with a particular APP, it can happen randomly. For me first it was on my settings icon in the taskbar, it was fixed after the windows update NOW its with windows Edge. After the screen went to sleep mode while having the browser open on a webpage it would not maximize to a full screen. I can see the window when I mouse over but stays stuck in the task bar. So you could and will run into this problem with 3rd party APPS. Secondly, you need to have a Microsoft account in which they require you to have an email account but you must agree to them having access to your account and password to read modify and share your emails. FUCK THAT! Good to know that some of you have had your problems resolved but min in Version 11 is shitty nothing so far seems to work. Maybe it will take another update version but problem was not solved with the latest.
I’m just trying to use tiny task but I can’t because of this fucking thing and I don’t feel safe letting apps have a hard drive on my computer even if it started on windows

Same. Hovering over an "open" app in the toolbar shows you it's working, but clicking on the icon does nothing. Currently, this is happening with Edge and Settings. Fortunately, Chrome still opens. Too bad there isn't a RUclips video I can watch to help me fix it. :-(

It's happening to my PC, where I click on any apps. Nothing opens up like EA games or Settings. Even if I try to click on restart PC, it does not do it. I have to manually press the button on my PC to shut it down or restart it. Sometimes, that works. Sometimes, it does not, and I have to try later on. Very weird
Shut down ur pc by holding the button on ur pc for a while and turn it back on 3 times each time turn it off when its booting up when u turn it on the 4th time it will bring up a menu and look through the tiny page and it can fix all ur problems mine was a problem with the files.

STICK TO WINDOWS 10 GUYS, NOT WORTH FIXING BUGS ONLY FOR A FANCY UI
Worst windows ever. Worse than W8 realease. Not worth at all to install it... Stick to windows 10 guys. Too much game breaking bugs. Can't open shit, memory leaks, slower than W10... Second time I'm trying it since release. It still has same damn bugs. Not to talk about the secure boot requirment which was a pain in the ass when trying to activate. Lost 2 days to figure it out on first install, now lost another 2 to reinstall it hoping they fixed at least the memory leak bug, but naah, let's add some cool transitions, right?
The only "update" they really made with W11 is that it looks cooler, nothing else

My scan won't let me run it? A box comes up saying I have to contact my I.T. Support Access and I called them and they said if you're not a business there will be a $250 dollar charge fee! How do I fix this? Every time I do a system restore I end up right back where to before even if I set a as a new device. I am confused! Thanks! Have a great day! : )

Hi. Some issues I encountered: 1) Windows Store app is not listed at all under trouble shooter, and the app also does not work at all. Nothing happens when I click on it. 2) when reregistering the Store I can run the first two commands, but my system hangs with the /scanhealth command. Any other suggestions?
same problem here. it's not even listed under the troubleshooters. I also can't use my search bar and everything is just buggy ever since I installed windows 11. What a shame

@@PatricS23 I decided to full reset. Ofcourse made a backup of everything but that seemed to do the trick. Will be tedious getting everything back but it seemed like I had no other choice.

I am new to pc and now I try to install a app and I wanted to access to a folder named as appdata and I couldn't access through it so I tried to turned off my admin by turning off every security the c:\drive had. Now I can't even open my search bar, windows startup button, troubleshoot or any other like Microsoft ... I'm thinking of resetting it if there's really no more choices. Please Help brother

if u have a problem where in the taskbar it says the app is open but when u click it, it doesn't open. Then all you have to do it press windows key + p on your keyboard then select "PC Screen Only" Then reopen the app and it will work. For me window start , setting or even right click on desktop is not opening ,I mean it's getting closed immediately within milliseconds
I had exactly the same problem with all the applications, even with the search bar i couldn't write nothing. Thankfully my problem has been resolved after the first step. I had some corrupted files in the laptop

@@ThatOneInstalock I ended up having to download a reinstallation program and complete reinstalled windows. It happened to one app after that but it’s been a few weeks and hasn’t happened again. Good luck friend.
I tried Everything but it didnt work,
To genuinely solve this, go to settings, then go to recovery, reset. You can reset the windows with keep your files.
It would take 5 mins. But after that.. Boom everything works perfectly fine again. Jut remember, all the third party apps will be uninstalled.
