None of these worked for me, but repairing Windows 11 did work for me that I found in another video. Go to settings, system, recovery, fix problems using Windows Update, and then click reinstall now. It will download, repair, and reinstall windows 11 without deleting any apps, files, and settings.

@@Sandman135 i firgured out the problem you might have a vpn on, or proxy on, check the microsoft settings on proxy to check if you have proxy enabled
The single solution is to reinstal windows
