What I heard is eat steak, sleep well, and don’t skip leg day.
Thank you bro
😂😂😂
The power of steaks I'll tell you my nuts gol long now
Paleo diet as well
I heard the most effective way to train legs is doing lots of squats (250+) AND doing this once every 2 weeks. Leg muscles are trained differently then upper body muscles.
Biggest T enemies I've seen:
1. Being passive in life.
2. Relationships with wrong people. 3. Stress.
Sprint training > Endurance Training
you sure????
HIIT protocols, too.

I know people say cardio is bad for T levels, but I feel like a bull elk on TRT when I've been running 20+ miles a week consistently.
Are you doing ultramarathon type cardio, or something more moderate?
Maybe because you’re on TRT
yeah cardio never felt like it lowered testosterone for me it was the opposite, I'm sure it does boost testosterone up to a point and then reduces it beyond a certain amount, the dose makes the poison as always
@@brianbadonde8700 I think that's what she's saying - cardio to the point of producing cortisol (like high endurance sorts of cardio) put too much or the wrong kind of stress on the body for testosterone
Something like that
@@brianbadonde8700agree a decent amount of cardio is defo good for you for blood flow and fitness and heart health, going beyond a certain level isn’t good for you but some is hugely beneficial compared to none. I feel great after cardio
High intensity exercise like weight lifting will boost your energy as well and don't forget to stay hydrated.
I needed to hear this. Sleep is so very important.

@@user-zc4hy9xu1e No it doesn't, men's health and mental health has never been more massively talked about and pushed than now. Mental health is almost all many people ever talk about now in fact, and it's got to a point where people are thinking too much about it and no longer solving problems but inventing and creating more by overthinking and obsession which itself CAUSES a lot of anxieties and traps of the mind. Mental health is obviously important, but too many people bang on about it too much now and it's making people obsess, which just traps them in a cycle of thinking about problems...which is what causes more problems. Everyone now who just likes the table set neatly thinks and says they have "OCD" etc, which to people with actual Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is deeply insulting. Children are being taught to question their "gender identity" and all kinds, stuff that doesn't even cross the mind of any child until adults with issues push it on them. Everyone who has had some rough experience now thinks they're traumatized with PTSD, which to those with actual PTSD is an absolute joke and an insult...
It's got well out of hand, and the main reason is that people are trying to sell everyone solutions to problems even when they don't have any real problems. Business tries to convince more and more people they have a problem so that they can then sell them solutions, get their clicks and likes online and make a ton of money out of it. Oh, and of course anyone who tries to point this out gets attacked because the corporate stooge world we now live in has been thoroughly co-opted, drummed up and conditioned to help all the many profiteers. Social media now is almost nothing but opinioneering, dodgy business, charlatanism using bits of truth but distorting it for their own ends and a big corporate propaganda and misinformation platform.
Needed to hear this today
I’ve been on TRT for years, never thought about working out before but about 4 weeks in I started lifting weights and now have to to get rid of my extra energy and to blow off steam
That's when the wife comes into play😅
What is TRT?

Its not specifically about the exact distance thats the response your body has when you push yourself to your true limits once your performance decreases significantly you gotta stop whether its lifting (o n a specific exercise) sprinting or jogging I think its called junk volume the reason marathons are used as an example is cus jogging is the exercise you can push yourself the longest beyond your limits pushing hard is good but there's a point where you're not doing yourself any better and in fact might decrease results
Sleep, eat meat, lift, run fast.
Great! I do a night shift and my sleep is shit!!
That will take years off your life. Do something else
Try melatonin 3 hours before you want to sleep
-Sleep
-Weight training
-Good diet
Amazing how all these videos are the same and yet people insist we need to keep making more...
Content gotta content
lol FACTS!
I prefer redundant information to misinformation.
Amazing how losers like you complain about people giving good advice
I did notice I more hypertrophy when I weight lifted in the mornings.
I wish getting good quality sleep was a matter of will.
Lift heavy, Eat fatty,Don't run,Sleep long? No problem.
When did she say don't run...running probably one of the best excercise out there...she just said to not exert yourself so much that you are completely exhausted...that level of strain on body can reduce the levels...
Studies have shown that people who sleep less than one hour a night have less testosterone than people who sleep more than one hour. So sleep is very important if you want to have more testosterone than people who sleep less than 1 hr.
There are loads of people who only get an hour of sleep or so a night in Japan. They often drop dead because of it. Overworked literally to death in their prime for the sake of a few billionaires they're doing all the work for.
Tonkat Ali combo with Fadocia Agrestis.
Yeah, its not the best way to go about it. Some people are sensitive and have mild thyroid issues with Tongkat Ali. They might lose hair and/or lose weight. Also, its a temporary boost. I've lost hair to Tongkat Ali, so be careful.
@@johanliebert5781did your hair grow back? Iv noticed abit of hair loss on tongkat ali
So just follow master Roshi
If you want to increase testosterone decrease cortisol first. High quality sleep is the foundation.
Who is she?
@silenciummortum2193. Dr Rena Malik
Rena Malik MD. She has a YT channel.
She’s good with balls.
Urologist
She good with balls
Squats 😁 legs have the biggest muscles so squats force the most testosteron
She seemed reluctant to mention red meat and eggs.
Body doesn't create test from meat.. but cholesterol from eggs would be a requirement
Cholesterol from natural dietary sources is SO important. Check out Myelin in the brain for instance. They shouldn’t scare people about it.
Just looking at her makes me overflow with T!
My doctor would disagree with the sleep thing. I had low testosterone when I hit my thirties. Most of it was because I didn't eat right nor did I workout. As a result I was very unhealthy. My doctor was trying to get me to workout so I finally listened at age 42, and I got in the gym, changed the way I ate and my Testosterone levels shot up and I had more energy. Only thing that didn't change was my sleep pattern. I still sleep 4-6 hours every night but I'm not sluggish or tired during the day. My doctor says I'm one of those rare people that doesn't need 8 or more hours of sleep, so I kinda disagree with the sleep part.
An exception does not disprove the rule.
You look great man !
@@kirkdarling4120 it kinda does...I'm sure I'm not the only one.
@@maxim196 thanks!
@@manbeast222none4 Let's see how that continues to work when you're in your 60s and 70s.
Yeah fat from organic grass fed meat, pasture raised eggs and raw diary. Nuts and seeds come on now
Fat from those sources are shit for your health I’m sorry to report
What’s the issue with that? Eating meat from animals with a good diet and raw milk is a good thing?
Are you kdding me? People have to ask for natural ways of boosting testosterone? Work your bones off and i didnt mean just working out , that is part of it. Your daily work and stuff. Nobody needs to inject anything in their body to boost anything...as long as you are doing what you are supposed to do according to your gender, everything will fall in place naturally. If you are a man testosterone would flow anturally if you do the heavy lifting , the all time work mentality, running and doing proper excercises.
Something about the cute nerdy look is so sexy to me.
david goggins after hearing this🥲
The Dude with the glasses needs to practice what he preaches,by the sound of his voice, his Test is Low! He needs to invest in a few more things including sleep 😂
