I heard the most effective way to train legs is doing lots of squats (250+) AND doing this once every 2 weeks. Leg muscles are trained differently then upper body muscles.

@@user-zc4hy9xu1e No it doesn't, men's health and mental health has never been more massively talked about and pushed than now. Mental health is almost all many people ever talk about now in fact, and it's got to a point where people are thinking too much about it and no longer solving problems but inventing and creating more by overthinking and obsession which itself CAUSES a lot of anxieties and traps of the mind. Mental health is obviously important, but too many people bang on about it too much now and it's making people obsess, which just traps them in a cycle of thinking about problems...which is what causes more problems. Everyone now who just likes the table set neatly thinks and says they have "OCD" etc, which to people with actual Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is deeply insulting. Children are being taught to question their "gender identity" and all kinds, stuff that doesn't even cross the mind of any child until adults with issues push it on them. Everyone who has had some rough experience now thinks they're traumatized with PTSD, which to those with actual PTSD is an absolute joke and an insult...
It's got well out of hand, and the main reason is that people are trying to sell everyone solutions to problems even when they don't have any real problems. Business tries to convince more and more people they have a problem so that they can then sell them solutions, get their clicks and likes online and make a ton of money out of it. Oh, and of course anyone who tries to point this out gets attacked because the corporate stooge world we now live in has been thoroughly co-opted, drummed up and conditioned to help all the many profiteers. Social media now is almost nothing but opinioneering, dodgy business, charlatanism using bits of truth but distorting it for their own ends and a big corporate propaganda and misinformation platform.

Its not specifically about the exact distance thats the response your body has when you push yourself to your true limits once your performance decreases significantly you gotta stop whether its lifting (o n a specific exercise) sprinting or jogging I think its called junk volume the reason marathons are used as an example is cus jogging is the exercise you can push yourself the longest beyond your limits pushing hard is good but there's a point where you're not doing yourself any better and in fact might decrease results

My doctor would disagree with the sleep thing. I had low testosterone when I hit my thirties. Most of it was because I didn't eat right nor did I workout. As a result I was very unhealthy. My doctor was trying to get me to workout so I finally listened at age 42, and I got in the gym, changed the way I ate and my Testosterone levels shot up and I had more energy. Only thing that didn't change was my sleep pattern. I still sleep 4-6 hours every night but I'm not sluggish or tired during the day. My doctor says I'm one of those rare people that doesn't need 8 or more hours of sleep, so I kinda disagree with the sleep part.

Are you kdding me? People have to ask for natural ways of boosting testosterone? Work your bones off and i didnt mean just working out , that is part of it. Your daily work and stuff. Nobody needs to inject anything in their body to boost anything...as long as you are doing what you are supposed to do according to your gender, everything will fall in place naturally. If you are a man testosterone would flow anturally if you do the heavy lifting , the all time work mentality, running and doing proper excercises.
