I was mistaken its seems to be the same face expression but a differnt head, I knew something was off.
And did you notice in close-ups of the new head, that they painted the bottom of both eyes right over the sculpt of the lower lids.
The knees are different too.
Love the suit, hate that he was bad. My favorite Cap suit!
The heads look REALLY similar but I don't think they are the same. the skin and teeth and eyes are different.
The heads are different- no texturing on the sides of the new one and it’s slightly slimmer. Just has the same expression
I'm surprise at how much new there is. This particular design doesn't appeal to me but it's nice they made a new mold.
4:43 Though the expressions are the same, I think the head is new. This one doesn't have the textures on the sides, it's not as wide, and the mouth section looks like it's a separate piece instead of just painted. Gauntlets are new because they don't have the straps connected to the pouches and I see new knees too. Hasbro, give Cap some butterfly joints.
You’re absolutely right the head was bugging me, knew something was off and didn’t work it out until I finished my video but yes bang on
Please give big raise to the hasbro employee who taught hasbro how to retool existing bucks, instead of reusing and abusing same bucks for decade then slight upgrade for another decade! 🙏
This is such a good reuse of Ultimate Captain America. The figure looks really cool.

Honestly might just buy the figure and use it as a regular cap because in my opinion he doesn't really look evil.
The ultimate Cap is absolutely must have, but this one looks like a winner and one for the backlog 😛👍💥🌟

I said with Vision that they should just make a boot with pointed tips. It can go with so many characters, which saves us from mistakes like this and looks so much more deluxe.

I know you addressed the Head already in the comments but it head on ultimate cap clearly had textured pattern on the sides and its must more elongated.

I wouldn’t call it a retcon. It happens and is all explained in the one run/event. It was a plot twist everyone on internet (as they do) jumped the gun and freaked out. A retcon is when they go back and change old stories.

Both heads are different. One is slimmer and another wider.
For me the best captain america he is the ultimate captain America.
Even at a glance, the shape and the size of those 2 heads are very different 😂

That wasn't an alternate universe Captain America. They made OG Cap into a nazi. The cube just created a new Good guy Captain America. So OG Cap is dead and still a nazi.
It's confusing and this why some folks had issue. At this point they have explained as Hydra Cap is basically a variant from an alternative universe sent into 616 with Kobik made a few little changes here and there. She had saved OG Cap in a pocket dimension.
So Og Cap was restored and alive. Hydra Cap just comes from an alternative universe/timeline.
