It's time for episode 2 of my spring series, the ultimate springtime dessert to make the most of rhubarb season: Baked vanilla and rhubarb ripple cheesecake with a ginger snap biscuit base. Decorated with foraged magnolia flowers, stem ginger and stewed rhubarb.
