- So in this video I take you through what a typical day looks like at Banthongyord Badminton School, a top badminton academy most famous for being the training grounds of former women singles Ratchanok Intanon.
Outside of different workout programs or training schedules, this is what my life looks like 6 days of the week, with Monday (our rest day) looking like just work, recovery, and eating haha!
