4:00 thanks Jenny for mentioning it, I think most of the time people including myself take it as guaranteed without appreciating how much effort you guys have been putting into everything, especially as pro players than full time youtubers.
What's great in this one is it not only shows top players daily routine, but also your life!
And look at the skills in those training clips!!

You two do such a great job at explaining and showing everything. 👍 I am using a shake which is about 50% proteins and 50% carbohydrates and I supplement it with a separate creatine shake after weight training. Thank God you guys cooked with chicken thighs and not breast! All the health freaks out there probably screaming at this video because you cooked with thighs instead of breast. I much prefer thighs as it has got alot more flavour and not as dried as breast. Imho, I'm not worried about the fat that I can see...it is the 'hidden' fat that I'm worried about eg fat in process food etc etc. Eating 'real' and 'whole' food is key. As always, thank you for the video 👍😊

Quite surprised by your caffeine intake, I personally avoid coffee before a badminton game: I tends to get anxious and heart goes beating faster on court and losing coordination a little. Just admiration, I believe coffee is a great beverage if your body can withstand the side effect, because coffee is part of most people's life.

How is it impossible? Probably 20 grams in the chicken and about 7 in the bread

I find that if I'm having a serious session of badminton during the day , I avoid coffee as it reduces my wrist /grip strength by about 10%

@@BadmintonInsight I can tell when I'm playing that the smashes are crispier ,clears are better, especially back hand clears, when i have stayed off the morning coffee and gone over tea instead and cut down the number of teas in a day too.Too much sugar during the day plays havoc with my control too(unexpected out hits).

Do you also consume nuts? A lot of protein in it. Maybe instead of the meat😉
