  • hey everyone! sorry for not uploading for awhile!! I was busy with my tournaments but I am back with another video!! In this vlog, I take you guys with me to training at banthongyord badminton school in thailand!! enjoy :)

    hey there im thinking of training there as well after watching your vlog. what would you recommend for accommodations ? I've been spending a bit of time with google maps trying to understand the area, and it seems it's not in an area well connected by public transport, and not many accommodation locations around within walking distance. Did you guys get accommodation further away and rented a vehicle for the duration of the two weeks that you were there?

      You can stay in the accommodation bty provides!! It’s just upstairs in the same building as the training courts!!

    How long were you there for ? I'm thinking to sign up for 1 month training but afraid of the intensive schedule, is 1 month too much there ?

    What do you do to build "endurance, muscle amd stamina"?

      cardio, footwork, weights, agility, running, etc.

      @@vivekghadge606 this club was a club that train Ratchanok Intanon and Kunlavut Vitidsarn to become top player and right now it is the one of the most famouse Badminton school in thailand

    I don't understand how the backhand helps forehand defense?

      It allows for a smaller swing/wrist movement to hit cross!!

      Defense against smash with backhand grip covers most of the area where as forehand grip is difficult to cover your back hand side.

      The price depends on how long you train there for!!
