Can I ask why does female shuttlers usually serve high? Isnt it riskier to serve high since you could easily out? And also, what setup you using?

I personally switch between forehand serving high and backhand serving short when I play singles.. It depends on the shuttle speed, venue, my opponent, draft, what strategy I want to use, etc.
