This Mumbai-bound flight was supposed to depart at 19:20 hrs the day prior but incessant delays and Air India's stellar management ensured that it left at 05:30 hrs the next morning.
But hey, at least we got a compensatory dinner, two rounds of refreshment and finally free lounge access at 080 provided by AI after a lot of frustrated customers lashed out at the ground crew. I enjoyed 3 full dinners and a breakfast in-flight, so it wasn't bad after all.
