It was one of the first songs that debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at number 1 which we thought would remain at number 1 for maybe 10+ weeks. However another song which entered the charts at the same time was Coolio’s smash hit Gangsta’s Paradise which bumped Michael out of number 1 after just one week.
