Do you have an adapter plate for the 507, or is it direct mount? I have a customer that wants a 507c mounted on a 226 and im trying to figure out how to do it.
@@coolskywizard my shooting buddies own a CNC MACHINE it’s a direct mount optic cut no plate it’s their first one done ever it works great, you can see the springs in the slide so you would have to run it with a plate on it if you left the Reddot off .
Great video with awesome information. I have a couple 507c that came installed on the pistols and they work great but I did put a 320 on a different pistol and it is amazing! Self adjusting and my stigmatism doesn't blur the dot! Thank you again for the information, spec's and direction.

Yep it’s a great question. It’s because the optic itself makes contact with the front and rear of the slide cut. The RMR footprint optics don’t, which is how the filler plate helps solve that issue
Thanks for the video! I have an Sig 229 legion optics ready and I really like the sound of the SCS 320...if I heard you correctly, I DO NOT need a mounting plate to attach to the pistol right? Also, will the screws on the pistol work or do I need another type of screw? Thanks!
I saw on a Sig Sauer forum that the scs 320 fits without a plate but has a gap so the recoil will hit directly on the screws, have you checked that out? @@freedomgorilla1
just bought a pro cut slide from sig and it doesnt match the look of either slide you put in the picture... will it still work with the most recent version of the slide?

Yep that’s correct you won’t need any plate. It will Mount directly on there and you will use the screws that come with the optic.

As long as you have the Romeo 1 pro cut on the slide eveything in this video will apply

Green dot only. All of the SCS models come in green only, something to do with the battery life of it
